Super friendly people, very clean restaurant. Teen Burger and onion rings were better than I had remembered.Gotta love the frosted mug of root beer too. Looking forward to going back.
Took my mom and her best friend to this location today for Mother’s Day. Excellent service and customer service. Assistant Manager KOMAL served us with the most welcoming service. She has great personality and very professional communication skills. I’m from north Toronto visiting my mom in Scarborough. I’ll definitely will return to this location. Thank you KOMAL.
Normally I’d give this restaurant 5 stars, always been pleased with the quality of food I have received in the past. However, today I tried the new prime rib burger. Awful. DO NOT ORDER. The burger was so well done it might as well have been a hockey puck. Hated it, threw it out after two bites. 0/10 will not order again.
lady at the drive thru ripped me off this morning. I came for a bacon n egger combo with my 4.99 coupon and realized after she charged me close to 7. They were out of hashbrowns so she charged me more for getting fries instead. How is it my fault they're out of hashbrown then decide to give me fries for more cost without telling me? disgusting
Whenever I go there I get the uncle cheddar bacon burger combo and it's not cheap bu always has barely any bacon and this time there is not even a quarter of a slice!! 17 bucks what a joke!! Never again!!
I was surprised with the fast order served by this A&W outlet. Less than 2 minutes my Chubby Chicken combo meal was ready. I thought it must be old and cold re heated sandwich but I was wrong. It was fresh and hot. I highly recommend this outlet.
Can we call these onion rings? I placed order for beyond meat combo with onion rings and this is what i got. Highly disappointed
Had one of the worst experiences here that has deterred me from returning. Emailed customer service about this and received no reply. I ordered 2 burgers and 1 order of fries through the drive thru and was asked to wait on the side as they would bring out my food. After waiting 10 mins I was starting to loose my patience as I watched other customers get their food from both the drive thru and from inside the restaurant. After waiting another 5-10 mins, I went inside to see what was going on. As I waited in line to speak to someone, I saw 2 other individuals get their orders that included fries. When I was finally able to speak to someone, they told me that my burgers were ready and they were waiting on my fries. I was absolutely furious. I asked if I could just get my burgers as I didn't want to wait any longer and then I realized that they gave me the wrong burgers. At this point, I just wanted my money back so I could leave and they told me their machine wasn't working and I had wait another few minutes to get the refund. Horrible experience.
