This is a great hotel. The staff are amazing and make you feel like family. I had no complaints before the renovations and now with them to the point of being done, I’d say it’s one of the best hotels in the area. Ive stayed in some of the other hotels throughout Sarnia and none compare. This is the only place I will ever stay when in Sarnia and recommend 100%.
I had my 2 dogs with me and they accommodated me with a walkout. The bed was nicely made,pillows fluffed. Very clean. Respectful and courteous staff.Thanks again
Terrible place. Over charged. Tv didn't work. No garbage can. Noisy. I wouldn't recommend the place to anyone
If I could give 0 stars I would. Reservation was made and I was literally walking out the door to go there and my phone rings and it is the motel telling me they dont have a room for us. Nothing available at all. SHAME ON YOU. Now I do not have any accommodation as the city appears to be sold out. Do not trust this place.
My husband and I stayed here for one night, we heard doors banging all night and some people sitting out front who looked like they were into something. The t.v only gave us 6 working channels. The room needed to be dusted and the floors could of used a vacuum. The receptionist was for sure polite and friendly but for the price we paid for one night we were hoping to have gotten breakfast.
Very Impressive staff and service, lovely renovated rooms located near good restaurants and tim hortons.
Really fair prices & really honest and hard working people. Very kind and very curtious. They allowed us to bring our two beautiful German shepherds into the room with no issues and discrimination towards bigger dogs or even charge us a higher price as most hotels/motels discriminate against "big dogs". This alone is why they get a 5 star from me but also the fact that they host rooms with a back door that goes into a huge area for our dogs for an extra 10$ was phenomenal. I will always come back to this Hotel and would recommend ANYONE with animals to reside with versatile for the night.
Folk's this place is great, cheapest in town and there's plenty of parking for your truck and trailer, it's conveniently across the road from Petro Pass key lock truck stop and direct access to the USA border crossing ,rooms are fresh clean and free internet and cable TV, they welcome your pet's and the staff are friendly and go out of their way to make your stay pleasant ,attached to the hotel is Goldie's Family Restaurant and let me tell you the food is great and large portions to fill you up for your long journey, I highly recommend this establishment,you'll come back time after time as I and others do time and time again
Great hotel. Very comfortable rooms and staff makes you feel welcome. Breakfast is my favorite meal and the restaurant didn't disappoint one bit. Best bacon in Sarnia! I've stayed at this hotel many times as I pass through and the staff always greats me like a regular. I'll get the same room, because they know I like it, and it'll ensure my sense of security. I woke up in the middle of the night one time, extremely thirsty, but with no cash and the lady at the first desk gave me a water bottle for free. Never had any problems whatsoever staying here. The front desk is always available for anything you might need. The rates are affordable and this is where I'm staying every single time I'm in Sarnia or around that area.
