I don't remember a time I've had my order done correctly, the staff seems very overwhelmed and under trained. They can't even get a skip order done correctly.Either retrain your staff, fire them and hire staff who can do the job, or find new management.
My wife went to two separate Tim Hortons today to pick up an ice cap. She was horrified when getting out of the car is somehow smashed onto the driveway. We both went about 20 minutes later to pick up another one at our local Colbourne location and the same thing happened, just inside the house! Apparently the plastic has been changed and the lid doesn’t always stay on well. Chelsea was a STAR and offered to replace both drinks even though we had gotten the one at another location.
I believe her name is amrminder i definitely spelt it wrong. However she is a top notch employee that always gets orders right even when i make them very difficult. When looking to promote someone or give a raise she deserves it, she is the best tims employee ive ever met
I have ALWAYS had exceptional service at this Tim Hortons! Earlier this evening I was served by a young lady who presented awesome customer service (I believe her name was Mila). I can truly say that tonight, just like every other visit to this location, the employees were very personable, polite & patient when taking my order. I always leave this location in good spirits. Thank you Colborne Road Tim Hortons staff for your consistent positive customer service!
This location was a little on the busy side today at 5:00 pm. Drive through was lined up around the building however the service was quick, it only took me a couple of minutes to get through. Ordered a coffee and sandwich. The order was exact and the server was courteous. It appeared that there was no one seated inside, maybe next time I'll just walk in.
Always a welcoming atmosphere, wonderfully trained staff, courteous and quick. A great location to enjoy a beverage.

First I would like to lead with ..... I understand that the staff have there hands bound by threats of being fired and fined up to $10.000 or so over the BS restrictions in place but when a pregnant women is waiting for a cab you let her sit in a warm chair..... now at least they let her stand out of the cold and the service was ok though a smile would not kill you I most likely will not be returning to this location ever again after that experience
Dirt on the washroom floor. All toilet tissue piled over floor. Toilet flushing system not working
Clean (including washroom), friendly (staff always greets you), fast service. Oh, and the food ain't bad either.
