Just went thru drive thru when apparently the “French vanilla machine was being cleaned” then was given a coffee with no sugar. As soon as I went in it was magically clean. Thanks to the nice staff but the grumpy woman running the show today should find a new job.
This place back under the under the right control is very nice and I used to work there. Since I left looks like things have improved so overall they get a good review.When I left the morning crew would alway mess my order up, And be genuinely rude. The old gm is back now so things have got so much better. Everyone is kind the high-school drama is gone and I will continue to stop there when I can. Great job guys keep up the great work.
Just went through drive at Tim Hortons. My order was 2 small coffees, and 6 peanut butter cookies. I got over charged. My order the drive through girl told me $15.00? The order should have cost me about $10.00. So make sure you get a receipt, and make sure you check your order. I know there a pandemic going on but the customer shouldn't have to worry as about his order or cost.
It's a new low in down grading good food. I ordered a cheese and egg homestyle biscuit and they pre toasted it so that I got a soggy biscuit. Those biscuits are made in a factory in Oakville and frozen, so forget fresh, but at least they could toast it when ordered.
Always a great experience. The drive through line seemed long but it always moves pretty quickly. Very efficient staff.
The menu screen for the drive thru is waaaay to bright. Gives you a migraine.
if you order through the app and theyre out of something you ordered they’ll steal your money. they tell you to contact the app for a refund but the digital support team directs you back to the restaurant. I called back and mentioned this but whatever “supervisor” was working on Nov 29 was adamant he was gonna keep my $3 and honestly idgaf about it I just wont be back MCDONALDS FOR THE WIN
If you were able to give a negative star review, trust me I would.We visited this location to meet with someone for coffee and what a disappointing visit.From the drug deal in the parking lot, to the filthy washroom complete with bugs and the dirty floors inside the restaurant. Leaves inside the door by the fireplace, chairs which were not clean.Is the franchise owner ever around to witness what is happening in this location? Perhaps the health board who passes this location should visit here and spend some time.....
Usually, ok swevice but I find they have trouble completing the full order. I'm usually missing 1 or more itmes and when asked they pretend it's your fault even though they heard it acknowledged it but didn't feel like giving it to you... always check your items before you leave the drive through is what I've learned.
This little Tim Hortons is located down by the waterfront near Sarnia bay. You can grab a coffee here and then make your way to the park under the bridge to enjoy it. There's plenty of parking and it was easy to get in a out. The car line up went quick and the staff was polite and prompt. Stay safe out there people and pandemic or not, keep washing those hands! It's just plain good hygiene!
