Being from the states we are accustomed when ordering a dark roast and a iced coffee that is exactly what you get. Not so here. They added sugar and cream. Barf!
Not the best Time Hortons, the Lady who took my order was kinda unpleasant, unprofessional (chocolate croissant served with no napkins, for instance) and not welcoming. The restaurant seems to be fairly clean.
I dropped by there on my way home ordered a turkey club sandwich and a med ice cap.The ice capp was not a regular kind but a eibs btew.....it was full of cream and abput 2 inches of coffee. Didnt even taste like cream. Absolutely gross.

Still love there coffee and donuts. This is a smart looking new like location with very nice and helpful staff.
I ticked that drive through gets at least 3 people helping & counter gets one ! Service was slow
Asked for iced coffee extra sweet got 1 extra pump of cane then she proceeded to pump more in after I tried it and said this isn't extra she admitted she added 1 extra pump then stirred with the same spoon everyone else's coffee gets stirred with .....what if I had covid or a cold ? Enjoy everyone else who goes there.
The employees here are rude, gossips, and slanderous. This is the worst TH ever. The food is low quality made in a factory and served in outlets like this to be cooked even to a lower quality. The high volume of customers is due to the high caffeine content of their coffee. It is all about caffeine addiction. They had switched to a lower caffeine but profits dived , so they started dark roast to increase the caffeine addiction.
I wish I could give a no star. Extremely RUDE for every single visit. Asked if they have this certain drink, and she said NO right immediately; at the end, she found that they do. I asked her why she said NO, then she replied back, saying because I said the drink name a little differently only with two words, but there are actually three words. Not ever going back. I'd rather drive a few min. more to visit the other TMs. Rude and low quality. Manager/owner doesn't seem to care.
