This Taco Bell is " horrible " the last three orders we got were wrong. The first was completely not our order, the next time we got no hot sauce when we ask for extra. The last time ever going there they didn't give us one full meal box. We will stick to London Rd friendly fast and get orders correct.
Pretty decent food. It's not the best, but you don't go to taco bell for a 5 star meal. Love how much value you get out of the money you spend!
2nd time at this location.... Haven't received the right order still.. No HOT sauce still at location... Ask for Mild... RECEIVED NONE I find out minutes down the road.... How hard is it to get what you ask for??!!!
We went through the drive though, it was a little busy but nothing over the top. The speaker doesn’t really work very well, so the blame is not entirely on the employees. My friend said his order for the first two people, two boxes and two drinks. Then ordered for the third person, one box and one drink. When we got to the window, the card machine was basically stuck out immediately, which is weird and a little rude. Then our order was given to us, two drinks and two boxes. We asked where the third box was, the staff seemed extremely confused and flustered. I think they just squished the same food into a different box. There was at least three employees working on this, all quite confused. We didn’t end up getting the food, nor was it on the bill, thankfully. Not sure what was going on there. Maybe it was the speaker.

The tacos from this place are always fresh, tasty and perfectly made. Also the staff are friendly and happy to help.
Location is still struggling with staffing and speed of service, I only end up getting the food about 30% of the time I visit due to the drive through line being so long (12-15 cars).When the line is reasonable the food is made fresh and average quality for a Taco Bell.
As good as taco bell can get. Always consistent food. Helpful and friendly staff.
there was a pencil in my chalupa.... it was not yummy at all and i chipped my tooth. i asked for a refund because there was a WRITING UTENCIL in my mexican cuisine and wanna know what they told me? they told me that they can give me a new pencil , one without chalupa sauce all over it. I AM OUTRAGED! 1 star.
Customer service was excellent but the restaurant itself was out of a lot of items. They didn't have any of the hottest hot sauce, a specific drink (can't remember the name) & all of our food came pilled together in a bag when it would normally be served in boxes. However, the food still tasted great.
