Had Sunday lunch with our group of 28 and it was great service and delicious meal for all. Wish I had gotten waitress’ name. Highly recommend!

Worst dining experience ever! It took 1hr 50 mins from walking in to finally getting our food. They took 50% off our bill and gave us free desserts, but l would never go back there again in my lifetime and l suggest you don't either!
Ate supper there tonight the food was good and service great. My one complaint was the washrooms were discussingly dirty and smelly. It made me not want to eat there again as I am sure the staff use these washrooms also. Ruined my eating experience.
We have been going to Swiss Chalet since as far back as I can remember- only thing that's changed is the prices. Food is still good, fries are always yummy! Last time we ate there, there was only one waitress as everyone called in sick.... she done good!
Small portions. Get very little for the price u pay? Did not receive my substitute of gravy in place of Swiss Chalet sauce which did show on receipt that it was requested. Not in a hurry to order again!They must increase the portions, esp. the chicken pieces...much to small. We ordered Mother's Day Special. We were both still hungry when done eating even though we also received a dessert !
I never post but over the years our local Swiss Chalet has gone down hill. Enough is enough. Service is slow. Food quality was always uniform and is no longer. Management is rude and difficult to deal with. Promises of a remedy go unfulfilled. This location is a disgrace to the franchise.
i left my phone on the table when i left the restaurant, we went to the movie theatre then my boyfriend and i went back 5 minutes later and asked if it was there, the waitress said no, i said ok and went back to the car, decided to go back in because it had to be there, they said they had not seen it, without checking with any of the other staff, i was defeated and tried to leave but luckily my boyfriend said he would go in for a THIRD time to try to see if there was anything he could do, he said “is there a manager? could i see the video footage so we could know who took it?” and then immediately at the thought of us speaking to the manager, without missing a beat the waitress went back to the cash register and grabbed it and came back and gave it to him and said “someone must have found it” AGAIN without consulting any co workers, so she must have tried to snag my phone. we absolutely love swiss chalet but we will not be going be going back to this location. sucks that we have to drive to london to get good service, i was and still am astounded
Swiss Chalet has gone downhill. The food used to be better. Today I had a piece of cardboard in my salad. The waitress we had was very Unfriendly.
Today I received the worst rib dinner I have ever had. I ordered half rack with salad and dessert. Check # 9719 . It arrived cold, hard and dry (over cooked) with barely no meat and barely any sauce and no bbq sauce on side. The salad was half brown and gross and had to throw half away. Only thing decent was dessert. After $36 for one meal I had to make myself something else to eat. So disappointed. Not going to order again. So not worth it.
