50 dollar order got home to find two pieces of shredded plastic in sub called and got told to call back as they already closed and had doors locked even though they don't close till 10 and it's was 953 when I called very upset and disappointed.

I went in to order a sub and I mentioned I would like some more Onions and green peppers, the older lady said they were under strict instruction from the owner to not put more than 6 pieces of Onions, Green peppers and Olives.
Place is a joke...screamed at for wearing no mask as I was trying to put it on. Other workers had to ask her to calm down. Within the past year place has gotten bad. I do not recommend this place one bit.
I went to the subway, confed location!Been going there since Gus opened the door years ago!I ordered a BMT DOUBLE MEAT ON FEB 8 2022At aprox 7:20 pm and was treated fair but nothing special! Thats ok!! No prob. As i was talking with man in line after me they made sub-no double meat!After 10 mins on hold, i really just wanted them to know. I was polite and asked for nothing! The lady came back to phone and challenged me like ieven asked gor anything!! Iwas told that he said he did meat ×2 and i was wrong and just a bitcher looking for handout!!! I just wanted them to know!! Ignorant lady and her was no better...Gus the origional owner would be spinnig
The girl working this evening was so kind and professional. She was an absolute delight and I will ALWAYS come back to the location because of her. She has amazing customer service. Thank you for your kindness in tough times. It is remembered and appreciated. Keep smiling sweetheart, it makes a difference.
Ordered 2 Ceasar wraps and was given two wraps with no dressing on them. Cashier gives me an extra portion cup of dressing, which I thought was odd. I get home and find there is no dressing either wrap. I call the store and the manager argues with me. Basically telling me I ordered wrong.How do you order two chicken Ceasars wrong? I won't be back.
Ok best subway experience I have had! Never met someone (Mary) who cared so much about getting my order perfect with additional suggestions to bring the sandwich to the next level. Free cookie to top it off! I am a trucker, on the road alot, so getting a decent meal is important to me as I sometimes don't know when my next meal is coming! Great job Mary!
