Went to the show and then later we wanted to get a bite to eat and drinks. Walked over to Stokes..we got out of the show umm just a little after 9. The waitress said the kitchen was closed. We were like really apparently they closed 45 mins ago. Come on, it was just after 9 and you close your kitchen..so disappointed, won't be going back there.
Food is good, prices are ok, but the hours are weird.....closed 9:00PM on a Friday and Saturday?. Your name has the words Grill & Bar in it, but you close at 9:00PM on the busiest days of the week. Most bars have extended their hours. I know the pandemic hit hard, but other restaurants in this sector are back to normal hours now that the pandemic is nearly over.
We were one couple in a group of 25 for a birthday party. Our. Server, Jill, handled us like a pro. Everyone's food arrived at the same time. Food was hot and delicious. I had the broasted chicken and my othe half had the pickerel. Generous portions - even the seniors platters. Will go back and will tell others to. Ample parking. Steps at the entrance will make it a concern for the mobility challenged. Thanks for hosting our extended family; we had a good time and a lovely meal for my sister's 75th b'day. That carrot cake was terrific.
Loved the atmosphere. 5he staff were warm and friendly. Will definately visit again.
Nice little pub... I think the server was having an off day, forgot a couple things here and there, it happens. Good staff, good pub food... unique decor!
Not bad, wasn't busy at all but still felt understaffed. Service was great though. Food arrived quickly and was hot. Everything tasted good but anything with bacon, including the ceasar salads were overloaded with bacon and overpowered by it's flavor. A little goes a long way
Had a great time here, Friendly staff and reasonable prices.
Always my go to for wings when I’m in town. Lotsa screens in the bar for every game. Cozy pub feel , great service.
I ordered Bay Nachos lunch size for lunch at work….when I got back to work my nachos are covered in what looks like spaghetti sauce when it says spicy beef. If I wanted super soggy nachos I would have ordered that. These have got to be the worst Nachos I’ve had in town…period.
We will be back. Good service & fast. Good food & just what we ordered. The Waitress was great & we had a good talk . Enjoyed!
