The employees are very friendly and approachable. They all had a smile on their face and were easy to talk to. My drink was great, but my experience with the baristas was even better!
Forgot my other drinks in the order. When I asked for the others gave attitude and didn’t bother to apologize for the inconvenience. I’ve gotten attitude from multiple workers there and I’m fed up.
This is my favorite starbucks in sarnia! Everyonr is so nice and the manager (at least i think shes the manager) is such a peach and so happy all the time!Love it here

Baristas at this location are really friendly. Standard Starbucks fare so it's the staff who really make the difference.

I usually hit up the drive through but met up with a friend in the dining room today. Great friendly staff as always and COVID protocols were very quick and painless.
It took 4 people 23 minutes to make one tall frap wrong 3 times. No apologies other than, “Sorry, we only have one store open” which made zero sense about their lack of professionalism and ability to create a single beverage. I will not come back.
Great experience! The barista Savannah was amazing! I am on a pretty restrictive diet and she made sure that my drink was made perfectly to my liking and gave me future suggestions that would also be in keeping with my diet. It felt like she really cared! Thanks Savannah!!!
