On a whim, we decided to spend a late September weekend at Sarnia Bay Marina in 2020. We quickly asked ourselves why we waited all summer to visit.When the 2021 boating season arrived, it quickly became one of our favourite destinations on the Canadian side and we visited at least three times, and I think other members of our boating group visited even more.Sarnia Bay Marina is a great destination whether you’re travelling alone, with kids, or with a boating club. The service is some of the best we’ve ever had, Jeff and his team are always helpful with anything from booking reservations (including groups), docking assistance, and even local service recommendations.The docks and facilities are clean, secure and well-kept. The docks are wide and can accommodate lawn chairs while still leaving room for other boaters to get by.The pool area is large with lots of chairs and gets a ton of sun.The location is also fantastic, in addition to having direct access to the dockside restaurant (I’ve even heard they will deliver breakfast to your boat!), you have two more great restaurants/bars directly across the street. It’s also an easy walk to downtown for more food options or shopping. They also share space with the cable wakeboard park which was a huge hit with our kids (book in advance).If you’re a cruiser looking for a fun getaway, or just a nice marina to stop along the St. Clair River during your travels, Sarnia Bay Marina will not disappoint. We can’t wait to visit next season.

I've been a member at Sarnia Bay Marina since 2015 and I've traveled up and down the Great Lakes many times, visiting marinas all over. I'm proud to call Sarnia Bay Marina my home base - from the staff and the service they provide, to the well-maintained facilities at the marina (washrooms, showers, pool, docks) and the overall atmosphere that members and guests clearly enjoy. Sarnia Bay certainly ranks among the top marinas that my wife and I have experienced through our 30 plus years of boating. Cheers
Jeff and his family and his staff as well as dockside right there with dockside service to your boat. everything is spotless and clean and all the staff smiles and knows your name! all the boaters at the marina will help you with literally anything! from a seasoned boater to a brand new boaters every one feels like family already and this year was our first time boating and we loves the Mexican food!! so good! can't wait for next year to on the beautiful blue water! thank you again Jeff. We boated here from Windsor many times on our way to "parts unknown" further north .Highland games were held here in the past and that was great entertainment .American boaters set up "Jellow shots" for anyone walking past their boats , and so the atmosphere was fun .The docks , washrooms and staff were always first class and I would recommend this marina .
My experience, as a new boater, was stress free with the help of Jeff and his staff at Sarnia Bay Marina. Upon arriving at the marina, I was always welcomed with a smile and a friendly hello. If help was ever needed, I could always count on them.The facilities at the Marina were always clean.I look forward to the 2022 season with all the amenities that the Marina has to offer.I would definitely recommend Sarnia Bay Marina.
