My worst experience at any McDonald’s. they told me at the window to pull over and wait. I was waiting for 15 minutes. Then I had to go inside and then they start making my order and takes another 5 minutes.
Ordered a large breakfast for my family. Fast friendly and food was hot. Will go back again.
there was a young and failing rapper who made my burger. he put his mixtape in between the pattys and i choked. he went by the name of yung b, i want him fired IMMEDIATELY. #justiceforcornbread
usually incredible service; one day I ordered two coffees at the kiosk and waited at the pickup area ~10 minutes before a worker asked if I ordered and they realized the drink screen was off therefore no one saw my order. no biggie I got my drinks asap and they were made correctly! I always opt to come to this location if I can as opposed to exmouth where the wait time is abysmal
Good service. Clean tables. However, please reopen the beverage station so we can get refills!
Literally gets my order wrong every single time I’ve ordered whether it’s skip or drive thru. Last 5 orders have been wrong and missing something, so save yourself the time and money and go to a different McDonald’s. This place doesn’t know how to take an order or make one.
Seems more often than not something gets screw up for me. Last time I ordered food after a 13hr shift . Waited 15 minutes to get my food in the first place. Left work at 11:03 and wasn’t home until 11:23, I’m a stones throw from work, McDonald’s and home. Open up my bag to realize I have the other persons order that they also had pull ahead . Called and said I’d come back in, figuring they’d start it cause I told her I’d be 3 minutes . Wrong. Went in and had to wait like 20 minutes and by the time I got home with my food I ordered it was 11:53. It literally took me over 50 minutes minus maybe 6 minutes in driving total to get my chicken wrap. 2 stars was being nice
Me and my crew were very rudly and abruptly kicked out of mcdonalds in the morning. After asking for a mask. Debbie an employee at mcdonalds was nothing less than racist. The manager Felicia seemed to be on her favour. I would not go to this mcdonalds as there customer service is horrible. Avoid this place!
After I ordered my meals I stood back and observed. I wasn't too upset my order came after 15 minutes - everyone who came after me came and left. I was impressed how management dealt with many customers complaints of orders being done incorrectly. Management listened and did not ask to see the bill, argued nor made the customers feel unimportant. He, management, just corrected the order asap and the customer were out the door.After I left with 2 take out meals the only complaint I have is with the spicy chicken meal; sloppily put together. Very little haberono sauce was placed only on one edge of the burger, not much lettuce and what there was most of it was in the carton.Plus. Great friendly service. Lots of fries in the container. Tasty coffee and tea.Gave rating of 3 due to receiving my meal 15 plus minutes later. Sandwich was put together very poorly. After I placed my order a vast majority of the customers were not given their receipts, so when order number was called out it did not make sense.
