Returned home a short time ago after having lunch at McCarthy’s Southside. The food was great but the service provided especially by Deb was impressively splendid. Good food can be found in many restaurants but the service provided by Deborah could not have been better as she was professional, amusingly personable, efficient and appropriately attentive. I also offer kudos to the cook for a meal that was plentiful, hot, fresh, and with excellent presentation. Sorry… didn’t think to take a picture, which is really quite unusual for me.
The chicken was awesome.. the service was ok, the salt and pepper were beyond disgusting... The fries were great, but just too many. Oh, yes I forgot, the vulgarity of the bar , more than a dozen fu's by the time the drinks arrived. However! Nothing tastes better in SW Ontario than the chicken!
