The young man taking orders was very unprofessional. He was leaning on the counter while taking orders, and then was "laying" on the counter with his head down. That was the most unprofessional experience I've had in a restaurant.Everything else was good, but that made the whole experience terrible. Please work on professionalism and customer service.
I went to kfc colborne road today to pick my skip the dishes order and got very rude response from a girl. The collection time was 1:50pm ,so I decided to wait till that time outside and went in at 1:50. Since, I also work in food industry as a shift manager I understand it takes more time some days than we select at the tab.she was not even speaking in English.
I could go into a long rant while you shouldn't eat there but just take my advice go to another restaurant hopefully that place will close they'll make you sick there
The woman running the drive thru was rushing us through our orders, telling us after each individual item to go to the payment window, making us continuously remind her we weren't finished with our order at the speaker and board then we had to repeat the entire order at the payment window to another employee because the 1st person never communicated or put in the order on the system. Made us feel uncomfortable ordering. Will not be returning to this location again.
I had a shocking experience in this KFC. The order had items missing and had to go over it with them.The chicken had hardly any flavour. Is KFC as we know it gone forever? I LOVED their flavour ?.
The walk in hours SUCK. you would think 8pm on a Saturday you could walk in and order food at a fast food place. Long wait times if you are lucky enough to find them open. Sad food. The exterior is never mowed or the gardens kept up. What happened to Kentucky fried chicken? Where’s the pride?
Just ordered a meal tonight and it was such a waste of my money. I ordered some original chicken and poutine to commemorate my dad, who passed away and this was his birthday. KFC was his favorite. The chicken was tasteless, no seasoning, soggy and greasy. The poutine was dreadful. From now on I will stick to a Popeyes chicken. I am sure my Dad would understand.
Good food WHEN YOU FINALLY GET IT ... lady at the speaker box was not friendly AT ALL said it would be 6 minute wait for a big crunch (witch was cool with me) what wasn't cool was sitting at the window for 22 MINUTES yes 22 minutes before receiving my food -.-
We got chicken tenders and they're finger licking good !!! And a 4 piece chicken box meal. Delicious!!!
Worst kfc ever....entire bucket of chicken was beyond edible...tasted like burnt cigarettes no amount of gravy or salt could even make it possible to consume....it even smelt like cigarettes. Avoid at all costs
