the drive thru takes 25 min I'm pretty sure they don't cook anything until you order it
The heck! Ordered 10 piece bucket and the whole thing is nearly filled with wings and two drum sticks! How is this “assorted”! You totally cheaped out! Not happy with the service here and my family came here often too! Very disappointed!!

This place becomes more and more disappointing with every year that passes. Never have stuff and the portions have gotten significantly smaller while increasing prices and quality of the food has gone way down hill.
We went there at 9:45 on goggle it says they close at 10. But they close before time. Specially on Friday night.
I ordered a 6 pieces of chicken from this location / Confederation road through Skip the dish and the food wasn't delivered and said it was I spent $42.82 for the bucket of chicken and I drove to make a compliant and the guy ube or whatever his name I think he's the supervisor came out and instead of showing costumer service he's arguing ! Instead of saying let's see how we can contact Skip the dish he's arguing now that's not Customer service he should not be working in a department where he's dealing with customer bad for business KFC isn't owned by him he should be removed from dealing with customer ! Period ! ??
Customer service is lacking. If the sign says open til 10 you don't close at 9:30 just because you don't care for your job and want to leave early. I wasted my gas because you had better things to do. Shutting the lights off as you see me pull up... good one!

It's ok. Same recipe that they have always had, but the size of their pieces have dropped dramatically. Some pieces are small "nubs", but counted as a piece. Sometimes you could be waiting a bit for your food and it comes out to you very greasy chicken and cold fries. We used to get it more often, but have cut back due to the hike in price and decline in portion size.
