Weird I know, but first time shopping for pods. What a fantastic first time. Owner was really helpful to my wife and I, suggested several different kinds, showed us ones made in Canada and answered a bunch of our questions. I even learned his son is a phenomenal comic artist who should be pursuing this as a career. Had a great visit and will never buy pods from a big box.

I have gone to this shop twice for recommendations for a light smooth coffee and the lady is so knowledgeable and very friendly. I am going to order my coffee from this shop for a long time.

I have been thinking about getting a Keurig as I want to get into liking coffee. The manager at my work suggested Kaffeine so I popped in today. The first impression was how incredible the store is with COVID restrictions they have put in place for their customers. The store is small, so they can only allow 2 customers in at a time to provide safe physical distancing with employees, which is fine. You have to wear a mask and santitize when you enter, which is fine.The woman who I dealt with today (I'm sorry, I did not think to get her name) was so incredibly kind and friendly. She gave me some great information regarding K-Cups and things that would work with the Keurig machine. I purchased 2 hot chocolates and a chai latte to try out.In a world where things seem bleak and dark, it is so nice and refreshing to be able to speak to someone who is kind and compassionate. It takes only a moment to be kind to another soul, but that moment could mean the world to the other soul. Please remember to always be kind to the retailers. They're doing what they can to keep us safe, and we need to do ours to keep them safe also. You can't see the smile under my mask; but I was definitely smiilng. I had a nice conversation with her before leaving, which really made my day. So, to that woman - thank you! (And if she wants a reminder of who I am - I'm the gal who said I worked at Arby's ;) today - Nov 14th at about 10am or so.)I definitely recommend this store to anyone wanting a variety of K-Cups for their machines. I'll be back to try other stuff while I decide if the Keurig machine is for me or not. =D
Hands down the best coffee store in London. Rochelle always greets with a welcoming smile and she’s a guru when it comes to coffee knowledge. I highly recommend this shop. Impressive COVID precautions in effect. Thank you for keeping us and yourself safe.
