I have always been a big fan of John's sadly because of our breakfast today that changed and I will not be going back! The service was cold and impersonal I wasn't even asked how our meal was, potatoes came out cold with raw onion chopped and mixed in. I was bouncing my eggs off the plate.I gave the 2 stars for the quality sausages and toast.Also free wifi which allowed me to write this.
I saw a post on TikTok about how you enforced public health guidelines and even had to refuse someone service. The post also mentioned how great your food was so I’ll have to go out of my way next time I’m in your area and try your great breakfasts!
Eggs Benedict are amazing! My first time here and would definitely comeback if I'm in the area!!! Very reasonably priced as well!
Wonderful breakfast diner in a small town! Just very good old-fashioned , generous portion breakfast that big eater won’t be disappointed. I love their fluffy pancakes ! ?
The hamburger tasted like it came out of a box. Our table server was not very attentive as I had to go up ask for our cutlery and the coffee refill came after a very long wait. As far as the breakfast plate was, yes that was as before very well prepared.
My family can been coming to John's for 3 generations. To me this place is like home. Friendly service and great food. We moved to BC a few years ago but I ordered Christmas dinner last year and this year for my mom. I appreciate how easy they made it for me to set this up and for her to enjoy during covid. Thank you John's, can't wait to stop by on my next visit home.
I don't get too Sarina much anymore. But when I do I make point of going too John's for Breakfast had the famous peameal breakfast . Very Good people waiting for them too open at 7 am that's a good sign friendly staff great food priced right.
Any time that I have ever been to this restaurant from when I was a child till now, I have never ever been disappointed in the quality of food served here.P.S. their canadian bacon is the best around.
Nice family style restaurant - their Greek Salad with Grilled Chicken was massive and could have fed two people. Definitely worth a visit.
Good place, pretty fair prices... ?♂️ only reason I say 4 stars is because of how standard the place is. There's nothing different or special really, just ticks the regular boxes for a breakfast diner (that's not to be taken as a bad thing tho!)
