I brought crispy sandwich and poutine around 11.30 pm drive through and this is the way they serve the food. It’s horrible the sandwiches is burnt and we have to search for the chicken in the poutine.
I had a few small ones before I got home but this place is ridiculous for onion rings. Less then ten that isn't even worth a dollar. Boycotted and a joke of a business. London location too they are way worse than Christina or wherever it is
I ordered a fish combo through skip the dish at Harvey's on London road this is what they sent me after I paid $26.00 for a combo no drink with the combo which was a lemonade and a orange juice and salad worst place disgraceful !! These people should close business or get better workers who take pride in their job ! It doesn't even look like what's on their menu list ! Shame on you people presentation matters in food industry.
The wife ordered deep fried pickles, and they are literally baked in oil, they are completely soaked and they all look half eaten...really disappointed

Their burgers are made fresh right in front of you. Try one of their milkshakes!
I went in to order and asked them to have it cooked fresh on the grill politely, the chef didn't seem happy with my request. Another thing I noticed the grill is practically visible to the public not fully like it use to be, the cashier told me " it was because of smoke bothering the customers" ...lol..I arrived home and found the order not cooked properly.
So slow. The drive threw took 25 minutes. Sat still with no cars moving for 13 minutes and once you're in the line, you're stuck. Then when we finally got our order (which was a kids chicken nugget meal) it came in a white, who knows how used, grocery bag. Brutal!!! Never again!!!!
Long wait for pre ordered food (10 minutes) which was handed to me in a sealed plastic bag, taped shut. The food was cold and everything was soaked less than a minute after picking up. Very disappointing to say the least and Harvey's should know better.
