This place has long lines and slow employees. They have a box of vegan dilly bars located at the cash register. When I enquired about purchasing them. The cashier Jered informed me that they don't sell them. When I asked him why they were there, he shrugged his shoulders and replied he doesn't know.
So slowwww. Previous reviews have blamed it on the fact that it is in a busy location. It doesn't help that they spend nearly 10 minutes per order. The 30 minute wait time quoted above is literally if you are able to pull up directly to the speaker. It's much worse whenever there are any more cars then that. If the food takes that long to prepare then why bother having a drive thru?

Ice cream was good as usual. The issue is with how busy the location is. There used to be two DQ locations in Sarnia (many years ago). Proximity to the Walmart plaza and everyone wanting ice cream makes this a particularly busy place to visit. Expect to be about 30+ minutes due to traffic and waiting in the queue.If someone from DQ corporate reads this, Sarnia needs a second location.
There's nothing to really add other than excellent ice cream. Excellent service. It's our summer dairy Queen, that we love.
The 2 girls in charge of making the blizzards were more interested in laughing and gossiping instead of making the blizzards quickly. The guy up front was good but I actually had time to write this before getting my blizzards.
ordered a mini cookie dough blizzard, they ended up giving me skor (aka the worst flavour.) also why tf is the mini so small ?♂️

For the 3rd time in a row they screwed up my order and once im home im not driving back. This time was so annoying i threw the whole 17 dollar order out! Wrong sauce, mushy half cooked onion rings and my cookie dough/mint medium blizzard was just oreo with most of the mint on top.(All 3 times the screwed up my blizzard... doesnt seem hard to put cookie dough amd mint oreo in especially since i paid for it.)Kinda bitter and now i gotta make dinner
This is the slowest Dairy Queen I’ve ever been too, there’s always ridiculously long lines here. Go to marble slab or McDonald’s and save yourself the wait in this slow line.
