Poor service by a thin short haired guy calls himself the manager. I went to Brown Stones today at 1:30pm for my skip the dishes order. There was no one at the front, So I requested the employee who came to check something at the counter to please give me the skip order. He misbehaved with me saying can’t you see am working.? I told him am just asking for my order. He was again rude and said get out of here I am the manager here. This was my worst experience in a restaurant in Sarnia. Is this how a manager should treat the guests.? Poor service
Good service. Our server was very friendly. We shared the spinach dip which was really good, and I had a burger which was alright. I've had the same burger a while ago and I remember it being better. I can only imagine that the reduction of quality was due to government lockdowns as I've seen the same mild reduction of food quality at multiple other restaurants in the area over the same span of time. Can't fault the restaurants for that.
The staff was great. Atmosphere was great. However, the food didn't hit the right spot. Everything felt like it was missing something.The Philly cheese steak spring rolls were awesome though. Definitely recommend these. Can probably eat 2 plates to myself!
Very happening and great vibes. Drinks are best they serve. Top long island and moscow mule is couple of drinks you should try. Food is delicious and also staff is professional in their work. For vegetarian or vegan there is no options, only nachos. Food is 4/5. If you want to have some great time with friends, must go place in sarnia.
I usually love the food here. But I just ordered their chicken wings and they were not good. They are fatty and greasy. I think they may be baked instead of deep fried. Maybe that’s why they are not crispy. They’re salads and burgers are pretty good though.
The food was amazing the company was fantastic lol I went to lunch with a friend of mine the waiter was very attentive restaurant was very and prices were competitive with other restaurants in the same calibre as this one. I will definitely put this on my list to go again
Good food... Great for watching sports with alot of large televisions.Good for families
So disappointed. We've been here once before and it was great. We went last night around 4:30. We waited 10 minutes waiting to be seated. The place had no one in the diningroom and about 4 tables in the bar side. No one came to seat us. The bartender looked at us several times but didn't acknowledge us. I realize restaurants are short staffed but it only takes a second to acknowledge someone. Sadly we left and went to another restaurant.
Great selection with many unique menu items. Order takeout and was fresh and ready on time. Definitely be back to dine in soon.
I keep giving this joint another chance but I’m done now… I can’t imagine why people would want to pay these prices for small quantities of food. Good god there frozen French fries don’t be so cheap with them, the side salad is worse yet, just about the time you taste it, it’s gone, small portions high prices I’m done with it
