I was told to seat myself in the lounge and that she would bring me a menu. I waited 10 minutes for a menu and the waitress still had not come to serve me. When she did finally arrive I ordered a beer which took another 5 minutes. I drank my beer and waited another 10 minutes for her to arrive at which time she took my order. My pizza arrived and I had to ask for a plate and napkins and that arrived with no cutlery. I ate my medium size pizza and at no time did the waitress ask me how my meal was. I finished my meal and then she came to ask me I wanted another drink. I said yes. If there was a bright spot at least it arrived quickly. What a total disappointment for a Boston pizza.
Great food, great service and wonderful staff. Great place to eat. I recommend the BOSTON BURGER! If you haven’t been here you totally got to come to this place. I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but this was by far the worst restaurant I’ve ever dined in my life. When I got my menus, food was stuck to both and I knew I was in for a bad time. You can see the picture of a dried noodle enjoying its new home. The other menu had salad stuck to it. The tables weren’t clean and were a little sticky when we got there. You’ll see a picture of a toilet. That’s because my youngest went to the bathroom just before 5 and when I went myself just after 6 it actually looked worse. I don’t care about the pandemic but if you’re a stickler for sanitization (or like me just expect clean bathrooms) stay away from this place.Our service was awful. My kids received their meals fairly quickly, but the adults had to wait 30-40 mins for our food. I’m willing to overlook slow service because of the world situation but how can you not have food not served for the whole table? Imagine being my young kids and getting there before five and leaving a little after 6:30. Almost two hours of being in the restaurant because of a disorganized kitchen! It wasn’t even busy! Other restaurants may be slow, but they don’t space out food orders like that.The server was so infrequent we honestly thought she had clocked out at times. The food was not worth it. I ordered the big dipper, and it didn’t have enough au jus for my whole sandwich. I could literally pay half the price for one at Arby’s and get left over sauce. Come on guys!I honestly think the owner and employees should be ashamed of themselves. There is nothing going for this disgusting pig stye. Do yourselves a favor and keep the door closed when this upcoming lock down ends!
After a little shopping wife and I decided to visit Boston Pizza in Sarnia. Ordered the Smokey Spaghetti and Meat Balls. We are seniors and we asked if we could "split" a single order. "Absolutely no problem" was the response. Food arrived promptly despite being very busy with take-out on New Year's Ave. Meal was excellent - service was great - could not think of a single thing to criticize
Was fairly good now real complaints, The food was pretty good, the staff was very nice, not a long wait, Overall a good supper.
Was in a few nights ago and was disappointed overall. Had our starters and mains brought out within a minute of each other so our meals were cold when we were ready for them. Didn't even have a chance to ask for condiments until our meals were nearly gone because we barely saw our server until the latter half of our meal. On top of that when it came time to pay the bill, the server automatically assumed my male friend was paying for the meal without asking which just came off incredibly rude. 2 stars because the food was still pretty good but won't be back for a while.
Food was ok, but experience was beyond horrible. Will give it a try again sometime. Just not anytime soon. I have had better service at small side road cook houses.
