THE WORST. Placed an order online, said it would be ready at 3:10pm. Walked over and the store was CLOSED! Called the number and it went to a voicemail (that was super sketchy, btw). Talked to guest services in the mall and they stated that they haven't really given them their hours because they are short staffed. OK so why does it say on Google etc that they are open and you have the ability to place an order?! She said that maybe they were on break and to check back. Went back at 4pm and it was still closed. Called the number again and the lady that answered was pretty rude and said that it's her personal phone number (and that the store was closed today). Super sketchy if you have your cell phone listed as your business number.Hindsight this was probably for the best as if they aren't open on a BUSY Sunday, their product is probably not the freshest. Stay away. If my credit card is charged for this non existent order I am going to have a cow (and get my frozen treats from somewhere else).UPDATE. My CC was charged for product that I didn’t receive. Ridiculous.

I typically go to the Vaughan Mills location without issues. Today, I tried to get a smoothie at 6:30, mall closes at 8, but apparently Yogen closes at 7, and they stop making smoothies at, get this: 6:23. What an ridiculous number. There was no one there. It takes 2 mins to wash a blender. Orders should be taken until the place is closed, but 37 minutes before closing is insane. I will not be returning.
They have “break time” in the busy Sunday afternoon….
