We went to this cozy and nice lighting place late night. We were their last customer but Tony and other staffs were so patient and welcoming to us. Tony explained all the menu with details for us as it was our first experience and we weren’t familiar with the foods. He also made a sauce for us based on our taste. Before serving the food we were given an apron to avoid the stains on our clothes. It was an awesome night for us. Recommend this place. We will back for sure.

Nice atmosphere, great soup bases, and a good variety of options. The beef tripe is awsome. A not the place to go if you plan on eating a lot. Our group of three spent $172 on lunch.

First of all, this place is not AYCE so if you want to eat a large quantity of food without busting the wallet, this place is not for you. The food here is on the pricey side. However, this has got to be the best tasting hotpot base I have ever eaten, and I've been to Chongqing and various places in China, as well as the GTA for hotpot. You'll notice the smell of hotpot soup base the moment you step into the restaurant, and it smells delicious (although that might also mean their ventilation system is not great). I have never smelled such a strong and delicious smell in any other hotpot restaurants.Their spicy soup base with beef oils is delicious. Best hotpot base I've tasted. Their non-spicy bone soup base was decent but definitely not their "signature". They have a large variety of dishes to try--the lamb and beef slices, beef omasum, beef short rib, and duck blood tofu were pretty good. My family also liked the shrimp paste and quail eggs. Beef tongue was too tough, and duck gizzard and pork belly were nothing special. The quantity is on the small side, however we were full at about $55 per person. The waiters were pretty attentive to add soup base to the pot and everything came pretty quickly (although the place was pretty empty on the day we went). Everything you need is already at the table--all the utensils and extra napkins, etc.I am taking off a star because of the furniture here. I guess they want to make it "authentic" by having furniture similar to those hotpot places in China--the seats are all benches/stools. If I want to come here and eat like a king, I want to sit like a king too!

Good service but the charge is unbelievably unreasonable and super expensive. Why just go to an AUCE place and have fun. Never go this place again!

✅They checked vaccinations and ensure the safe environment for everyone✅ meat quality was good and we loved the spicy soup! (We chose half n half option)**The only thing they need to improve is customer service. They need to be more attentive and be nice to customers.

Amazing experience! It was our first time eating hotpot and we were so pleased. We really didn't had any idea of what to order when we got there, but Ray was beyond helpful and guide us through how to order the meats and the sides accordingly! It was truly an unique experience and now we are a fan!If you want to have a culinary experience, this is the place!!!Decoration is outstanding!!

My wife and I keep coming back as the best hotpot place we’ve tasted in Toronto.

Best hotpot in GTA. To me, nothing's comparable.Staffs with whom I've dealt have been super friendly. Specially thanks to Vivian and Kevin for our dinner tonight. They're just being incredible. Our meal started to be served right after we placed the order, and the staffs pretty much put everything we ordered on table within 10 minutes. Food quality is guaranteed, not to mention the taste.Definitely worth a try for whom is looking for a nice hotpot restaurant.

Super clean, super friendly service. You no. 1 to go place for hot pot for sure. Definitely recommend if you can enjoy spicy. But if you can’t, they have mild option as well.

One of the most Authentic Sichuan Hotpot in Toronto! Will definitely come back for more!
