The calamari was not worth it. The batter had a heavy battery flavour and couldn't taste the seasoning. I'd suggest tempura batter or something less overbearing.The blackened basa and lobster mash delicious. I'd definitely order it again. The portion seems small but it is indeed filling. The servers were also nice.
Emily, Jenna and Sana were AMAZING hosts/servers! The food is always incredible, we felt very taken care of with their fast, friendly, attentive service. We ordered many drinks, apps, mains and desserts - everything came accurately while all dietary restrictions were honoured. Love this location! Looking forward to coming back. Thanks so much ladies
The two stars are for the waitstaff who were friendly and great at their job.We called for a reservation for 6.30 and were told they could only offer us the bar or patio. When we left at 8, the restaurant was empty!Do not order the salmon. It's$30 for mostly plain white rice. The salmon is not even 4oz, and was dry and under seasoned. The poke tuna was bland too. Better to stick with deep fried foods.
What happened to this place? Vogell-RichmondHill. We have been coming to this place for years. Last couple of times they can’t grasp my wing order. Do staff know the difference between the Fryers and the Roaster? As i feel it is just too confusing for them to grasp. It’s been wrong the last two times we went. NY Butter sauce is now just butter, not even the blue cheese seemed right. Drinks are watered down (we were having doubles) Left hungry as my order was completely wrong! This used to be a nice place to chill with the hubby after a long day of working. We used to know all the staff….not giving the same feels. The food (esp. wings used to be amazing). Time to find a new spot unfortunately. So sad :(

It was my first time at Turtle Jack's and I had an amazing experience. Our waitress, Jenna, was great! She was friendly, funny and quite knowledgeable about the menu. The food was also amazing! It was hot, fresh and quite tasty! I would definitely come back with my family and friends.
Very disappointed in my experience at restaurant tonite. I provided the required proof of vaccination and would expect servers to also follow the Covid protocol however, my server was either wearing mask under her nose or not at all!! Disrespectful to both the guests and fellow employees that were wearing their masks the whole time.
We had a great dining experience at this location on New Years Eve. The facility was clean, the food was great, and our dining experience felt safe. There is nothing more we can ask for during a pandemic. We will definitely be back.
This establishment is First Class and very Clean. The bartenders and wait staff were very nice I got the Bacon Cheddar Burger and it was very good, with a very good size portion of burger and garnishes. The Bun was Fresh and the Burger and Fries were served very hot temperature wise, which is great. Would definitely go again, nice atmosphere.
Was here on a Saturday night to watch the fight. They had a live band which was nice. The food was good. I had the Hell Of A Burger which I recommend. The service started off well but during the fight the servers stopped coming around because they were watching the fight also and we weren't able to order more drinks and food.
