People at the drive-thru window are the friendliest of all the Tim Hortons I ever go to! They're very calm and collected and don't make you feel like you have to spit out your order in 2.3 seconds. I really enjoy going to this location!

Coffee here is hit or miss.Mostly good, but lately have gotten bad tasting(stale) coffee.AND PLEASE FIX THE POT HOLES IN THE DRIVE THRU!!! That is just RIDICULOUS. ?
Washroom very dirty no soap and clogged toilet. Store is located at 895 Jane street M6N 4C4. Staff didn't care and people were sitting inside without masks. My wife went to buy coffee but regreted it and walked out because of filthy store.
No variety, always get a response, Sorry Sir we don't have anymore left. Avoid if possible.
I LOVE THE HOW FAST THEIR SERVICE ARE AND HOW FRIENDLY THEY AR EIN COSTUMERS.. there food and coffee that they serve in me are always fresh. Good job at welcoming the costumers specially to there regular costumers. There donuts looks appetizing and properly make. Thank you
This location is awesome, especially the that are working in this location. They are all really friendly and nice people. I never get a wrong order and the coffee is always fresh. Terrible Service, Staffs have too much attitude. The location is terrible. Staffs are very rude to customers including myself. NEVER EVER show up to this location.???????
I usually try to find the positives in places I visit, unfortunately this tim Hortons was a big disappointment I went in for a free birthday breakfast sandwich (Sept 11) and it was very busy, the person at the cash was not friendly or helpful, in fact was quite rude. After waiting almost 10 minutes, I got the food and it was awful. The only good thing was the drink. I won't go back for food or recommend this location.
