Was in the area for a soccer game and decided to come grab a water and some timbits. They were out of the timbits I want, but the guy at the drive through was super nice about it. Ended up ordering a last minute coffee, and he upgraded it to a large on the house. Every other Tims, take note. This is customer service. Thanks to the absolute lad in the drive through. Can't remember his name but he had cool hair!
We stopped for a quick dinner while on our way home. It was quick, tasty, and just what the doctor ordered.
The drive-through had a line of maybe 8 cars, but it was pretty fast. Ordered 3 drinks, all were good. No complaints.
New Tim’s, nice interior with soft seating, friendly staff and good service. Line up for drive through was long though so we went to order inside and it was much faster than waiting for the drive through.
Amazing staff and Great foods and varieties of bake goods
Very Very bad experience. Male younger staffs no responsible at all. I ordered 2 breakfast wrap and 1 lunch wrap. I got allthree of them and did not even mark outside which one bacon / sausage / lunch. I asked crispy chicken but they given me grilled chicken. When opened the wrap it was barely nothing inside I was so mad and took everything back and request my money back. The owners should take care of customers complaints. If they continue their services like this they will loose the business.
Horrible customer service. Asking for an item on the menu but the lady couldn’t hear us properly half the time, had to repeat ourselves which was fine until we didn’t hear something she said (they didn’t carry the item- they do just sold out at 4pm?) and then she changed her voice in a complete mocking tone to inform us and claim she already said it asking if we didn’t hear her, to which I said no. She scoffed and said ya sure. Teach your employees how to act right.
Asian lady customer service was horrible and rude. She tries to rush you in ordering via drive thru even when your still deciding what to get...no patience and customer service skills. The female workers in general should practice good customer service skills and be more friendlier not [email protected]%chy
There is always something at this drive through. The last time this morning at 6:50 AM Jan 1: drive to the ordering pannel, a male voice said that he will be with us in a moment; waited, and waited and waited, said hello few times, nothing. The car in front of us pulled out a while ago. Finally drove to the pick-up window. A lady showed up saying that they are closed, and she couldn't hear us because she didn't have the head set. Really? online it is indicated that the drive through is open. If it is closed why isn't indicated and didn't tell us in the first place? Owner of this location, get your store in order.
One of the friendliest Tim Hortons drive thru locations I have ever been to.
