I wish I could give ZERO STARS. The worst experience I’ve ever had with Tim Hortons. Poorly managed with extremely rude staffs. Unbelievable how they treat customers. Don’t go to this Tim hortons, I was SHOCKED how outright rude they are.I was the only car in drive through and they asked me to wait at front door .I was waiting for 20 min and still no sign of my order, I went inside and asked about my order and one of the rudest person I have ever seen ( an Asian girl) told me why you rush me,(after 20 min) I am preparing your order. I told her: I order via drive through because I am in rush , and that creature told me if you are in rush go somewhere else.WooooW RUDE STAFF, POORLY MANAGED BUSINESS, AND THEY CANNOT Even make ready simple order in timely manner. . Avoid this place if you want to enjoy your day and your coffee find another place
Worst Tim Hortons ever. Multiple visits and every single time they got my order wrong. Imagine ordering a burger / sandwich and they forget to put the patty in it…All the employees are focused on the drive thru yet the drive thru line ups are crazy and dine in guests get served with delay.The whole staff need training. Many a times they have enough staff but are not trained well or do not know how to handle even a slight increase in the number of guests.Today barely 3 vehicles in drive thru and 2 guests in dine in and yet a poor customer experienceWill change or update this rating based on my future 10 visits experience to this location .
Absolutely horrible management, walk in will take you 15 minutes in an empty restaurant, and they will get your order wrong, drive thru is quick but they are rude and again never get my simple 3 cream 1 sugar right. I purposely drive an extra 5-10 min out of my way to avoid this Tim's.
The bald man with glasses at the drive-through window ( I think his name is Ali) insulted me because I was wearing a bikini top in my car. He told me that I had no respect and that a man should not have to look at me wearing this. Never in my life have I been judged by a man for wearing a bikini top. Today was a very hot day and I was in my own car. I felt very embarrassed and humiliated. I will never go to this Tim Hortons ever again. You should not put your religious beliefs on other people. We live in Canada and if you don't like our ways here then go back to your own country. I cannot believe the nerve of this man. To all woman who go there, beware of this man. Totally unacceptable.
The worst Tim Hortons in town! They are always fighting with each other in their language. They are very slow despite being over staffed! When you put in a mobile order for pick up, you have to wait for 10 mins just for someone to come ralk to you then they start making it. Horrible service, horrible staff, and horrible food. They are always out of smth! AVOID AT ALL COST!
AVOID this Tim Hortons at all cost. Most of the staff are poorly trained and outright rude. I had a mobile order and when I got to the window, they asked me to park at the front. 10 minutes go by and still no sign of my order, I open the door and politely asks about it and a staff member was yelling at me telling me she doesn't know about any mobile order and then has the audacity to accuse me of yelling. This isn't the first time an issue occured. I thought I would give them another chance but clearly there is something wrong with this location. RUDE STAFF, AND THEY CANNOT FULFILL YOUR MOBILE ORDER. THEY WILL LEAVE YOU WAITING.
they closed the drivethru & then LOCKED THEIR DOORS at 4pm (but there were still people inside & in the drivethru). i came up to the door to see if i could order, but their staff member came to unlock it and only let one guy in (he came after me); so she used her finger and picked a random person from the crowd to let in??i called to ask what was going on; they said they were understaffed..so you close your whole store but pick&choose which clients you want to serve?? & then the manager HUNG UP ON ME and refuses to answer the phone. what a circus. not wasting my gas to go there ever again
Always so slow most of the staff are pleasant. But a couple of Sundays they have locked the doors because not enough staff. Only drive through. What happens if you don't drive.
I go to this place a lot. The washroom is never clean and it is so dark inside. There is an old lady working there who is not polite and she is very mean and disrespectful.
Walked in around 5:30 pm today, no lineup still waited for couple of minutes, a lady in her 40’s saw me and with hand sign called me instead of calling “can I help u” obviously very rude… anyway ordered two small creamy chill (strawberry and chocolate) for my kids at home … I didn’t know there supposed to be white cream at top and syrups. At home my daughter showed me the actual images of these beverages. This lady didn’t put any cream or syrup for I don’t know why. It’s really unbelievable how she is working in this reputable chain.
