Would give zero stars if I can. We placed an online order for in-store pickup. Upon arrival, they didn’t even have the order ready. We ordered 6 honey creullers and they only had 2 in the shop. The app still allowed us to place the order. Then the cashier decides to sell another one to another customer. We ask for refund and the cashier told us that the manager is not in the store so we can’t get a refund until tomorrow. How is that even possible? Not to mention their attitude was horrible. We end up picking whatever is left in the store. Will never go there again. Would recommend anyone making online orders to take caution as this store obviously doesn’t care what people order.
I ordered a bagel and small coffee and when I scanned the rewards card it automatically took the coffee out and I told the cashier that I dont to use my rewards she said u hv no choice so I asked fr large coffee instead and when I open it quarter was empty. The double toasted bagel came in barely toasted. If I can give this place a zero star I would have done it.

Worst Tim Horton I have ever been to!!! Had to wait around 5 min for the workers to finish chatting then attend to me when there is no one in front of me and food station is fly infested! They even give me the wrong order!! Had to drive back and get it, what a waste of time, they didn't even apologize. Will avoid this location at all cost, so many other around it.
Busy talking to their coworkers but prompt with your order, well if they get it right that is.I've been here only once so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that this is not a common incident.

Ordered 2 L Steep Tea 2M1SW and S ice cap with extra cream. Guess they thought I meant cream in the tea. Worst tea’s - undrinkable.
