According to google, owner has updated hours to 24 hr open 2 weeks ago. I was there today Saturday July 23rd and they closed at 10:00PM. If you want to close early regularly or temporarily as a Fanchisee you need to post it properly in advance for your customers and communicate it to head office, Attention Tim Hortons Franchisor!
Today, at 7:12AM, I visited this location. The staff Sadaf didn’t even pay attention to what I ordered. I had to correct her several times in order to get her to place the order. Then when I got my order, it was still wrong. I had to ask her to make it right for me. The whole process took long and she didn’t even apologize for her continuous mistake. With no smile, she gave me the impression that she didn’t want to serve me, she even rolled her eyes at me. I understand it’s early morning, but I believe every customer deserves good service.
On July 7,2022 at approximately 10:25PM I visited Tim Horton’s at 50 Red Maple Rd. Richmond Hill, ON. they gave me an ice cap without a straw and the employee with the name “Ayran” was very rude.I requested to speak with a supervisor or manager, Ayran said no one is available, I informed him that I will complain to them he said “that’s fine go ahead”, I think supervisors or managers doesn’t care about customer service and their employees know that.A report will be filed with many reviews sites including The Better Business Bureau.I hope a serious disciplinary action will be taken against this employee.
Very nice staff and fast, beautiful customer service , specially in drive-thru at night when they close the dining. The lady and the guy working with her, super amazing and funny too.
Prepare the coffee good but are slow in providing the service always ling line ups.
This Tim Horton's has been my go-to for years. Lately many of my small, incomplicated orders seem to cause major confusion to the employees. For example, today I ordered Tim Bieb's cold brew from a woman who seemed to have no idea what this was, despite wearing a shirt that says "Biebs Brew" on it and the drink having existed for several weeks. How do you work at Tim Horton's and not know what Bieb's brew is?? I also ordered one plain bagel with butter and one hashbrown. After recieving the bagel, I informed the worker I also ordered a hashbrown only for her to roll her eyes rudely at me. Somehow they thought I had ordered two biebs brews and no hashbrown. Left with my bagel and two drinks only to find there was no butter on the bagel.
My order was made wrong at the drive through, which happens. I went into the store to ask them if the wrap could be made again as I wouldn’t be able to eat it otherwise. Wilma was kind and understanding and made me a new wrap. Great effort and customer service. Thank you Welma ( I hope I spelled your name correctly).
Food was awesome but the service was very slow and the workers went the nicest. At the drive through order screen, the eyelet answered our questions by saying “WHAT” then we proceeded to waiting 15 minutes for only 3 sandwiches. And it’s 12 am, so there are no other customers
Friendly advice for the young gentleman taking drive-through orders on a lovely Easter Sunday afternoon: you might want to ensure your mic is off before making snide remarks about customers.
These guys are great. The have tons of people at the line ups but they're able to get them out the door in no time.
