Just look how dirty we received our coffee!!!The taste was awful as well.
Poor quality snacks, too small and no dressing at all.
Not a lot of varieties but they got it done and fast.
Today I ordered a coffee today and when I started drinking I noticed that the mark on the lid of the coffee cup had its ink spread and when I looked in the mirror of my car my nose was black, I immediately returned to talk to the head of the same branch and Unfortunately, instead of hearing an apology, he told me that we would not bring this magic from our house. The company itself gave it to us and answered me in a rude tone.
This is the only Tims on my way to work on weekends and I really miss it for the other days only because of the behaviour and service they provide. Its always busy with customers in drive through but if you go from store entrance side too, they provide your inquiry as quick as the drive through. They do "Awesome" job.

Came to the drive thru today and asked for a medium coffee with half hot water. The gentleman kept saying "water". When asked to clarify he said he meant hot water. Once received I asked him if it had hot water and he said yes. I got cold coffee instead.
Marycar is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. The drivethru speaker wasn't working after I said hi 4 times in 5 mins. N drove up and said hey your speaker is not working. So she says what do you want from me?... Who says that. She demanded that I go inside cause I was holding up the line. I said what's with the attitude I'm trying to order and your speaker is not working so she went off on me. Worst human being on earth
