Very rude staff and the way they scream at customers isn't acceptable as it's a sign of disrespect. Food n coffee are okay but they have to improve their customer services n way of communicating
Theo at this location is so rude! Literally shoved and half threw the food over to us. Was so rude when we were asking a few questions! And he was talking to us with such disrespect! I go to this location often enough to see the horrid way this individual treats even his coworkers! Theo, I get that you’re trying to increase volume of sales but can you please at least treat your customers with an iota of respect?
Rude behavior of the staff towards customers. I have never seen a staff member yelling at customers and cursing them in any other store. This location is horrible.
Second time stopping here and the coffee was great. I did find it a bit frustrating doing drive thur cause the shopping plaza has a lot of traffic coming in and out for the Shoppers Store in the plaza. So I would probably avoid during busy hours if I were you.
I live in the area and visit almost… daily. Great service, good hot food, speedy drive-thru. Not sure why there’s so much negativity in the reviews.
Went here to get thier cold brew but they said they stopped carrying it. Though it was on the menu screen and tim app.That's the only reason why I went here.Whats the point of pushing the cold brew if its "discontinued" in this location.--this made me paranoid that no tim hortons store carries cold brew--(This was early January 2022)Haven't been back here ever since.
March 27, 530 am Sunday, Rushed to this Timmy for a cup of coffee. Unfortunately it’s not open as scheduled, had to buy one from McDonald’s..
Very slow , I try this tim hortons few times and allways waited 15 mins to get coffe . dont waste your time in the line up.
This Tim Hortons was kind enough to remake an order another Tim Hortons didn’t get right but I was unaware of until I left. Thank you kindly for everything! The bagel tastes great!!
Staff turnover rate seems to be high everybody's laughing and joking at work and not paying attention to food preparation food orders are often wrong if it wasn't because this is the only Tim Horton with drive-thru near where I live I wouldn't come here
