Complete chaos! So many people behind the counter still took ages to get served. Gave up in the end. Queueing system completely crazy.
Came here few times. Bad service long wait and you are lucky if you find sugar in your coffee or tea if you like sugar in your drink
Bit dirtier than other locations, service is fast but can get pretty crowded at times.
My experience was like I ordered and I waited til I got my tea and then I left. Pretty obvious eh? Service was good as expected. Tim Hortons employees need a RAISE!!!!!
Good to see that this Timmy has updated with some major renovations to catch up with the times. However, there's no drive through due to its physical limitations.
Was in and out quickly. Very efficient and professional staff. Highly recommended visiting the location!
I have been to this Tim Hortons branch a few times and I had the same experience. I am not sure why, but most of the staff here are either under training or just not properly trained. The order takes longer than usual and I have witnessed quite a few arguments between the customers and the staff due to order not being done correctly. I hope it improves, given a chance I would prefer another location.
The staff needs training. I order six muffins and one of them was chocolate chip (1.59) and they dare put the chocolate and hazelnut (1.79) pretending that I wouldn't notice. I asked for the receipt and also ignored me by pretending to tend to the next customer.
Terrible service for mobile orders in store pickup. I’m one among a few people waiting for pickup mobile order. No ones care about our orders, no one care enough to ask what did you order and repair. Drinks on the counter with no help from staff to the customer. Waited at least 5 mins in the tiny corner with other people with no service and gladly I asked one staff to prepare my order or you WILL NEVER GET YOUR ORDER READY. MY TEA IS COLD NOW. So unhappy
Terrible service. I ordered a homestyle toasted with butter and jam. The young lady kept asking me if i wanted bacon and egg or sausage. Someone came to assist. Took my order then asked me if i wanted sausage......... Grrrrrr. Very poor listening skills.Ive found a new cleaner tims with better service and no lineups......Highway 7 and Velleymede in the little plaza across from MCDs. So i pickup my coffee from mcds and walk over to the tims for my homestyle.
