Early June 2022 weekend morning breakfast. Have a sesame BELT bagel and small coffee. The bread is dense same as kind sold anywhere. The loose type favoured decades ago had long gone for some reason but don't know why. Might it be not feed the stomach full ? The toasted biscuit breakfast should be the one next time.Mid July, Sunday breakfast. It was nice. This time, toasted sesame buttered bagel also makes good.?
Same great Tim Hortons. Service is really good and quick. Gave me a wrong drink but were very good about changing it back to what I actually ordered.
Message to the franchise owner ... Read your reviews! With the exception of a couple of employees (which I'm sure you know who they are) your counter service is terrible. Rude and pushy. Not very accurate. Awful experience for a lot of customers!
The worst location in Canada. Gave me the wrong drink twice. And the lady on the drive thu didn’t even really speak English, really nice job, timhorton
Quick service on the drive thru. Customer service amazing and at that time they were ensuring that we were getting the right orders.
On May 15th, I visited this location around 9:15am which I noticed was little busy. I ordered sausage breakfast wrap and steak and egg sandwich for my kids and ordered small coffee with everything bagel for my wife also reloaded my tim card. I received my coffee right away but waited 25min for sandwiches before I made them aware that I didn't receive my order. They check the receipt and realized they have given my order to another customer. Had to wait another 5min to receive my order. Waiting 30min for 3 sandwiches are beyond ridiculous even if the store is busy. They ratified the situation by just saying generic "we are sorry" after wasting half an hour....

The service was okay.Not a long wait.I use mobile order for the coffee, it took a while before it's ready even though there were not many customers inside, wonder if it was drive thru that occupied the time or lack of staff.I could see there was probably new staff being trained.After that, I wanted to get 10 timbits. I placed my order in person. Only 5 choices, chocolate, old fashioned, honey dip, old fasion glazed, birthday, none of the filled ones. The staff asked if assorted, I said 6 old fashioned, 2 chocolate & 2 old fashioned glazed, NO birthday.When back to the seat, I gounfd there were 6 old fashioned, 1 chocolate, 2 glazed and 1 birthday. Oh well, whatever.I was fine sitting there for a chat.
Hi, I went to but chai tea latte in this location, for some reason I didn't get the vanilla flavour on it, I usually buy this drink in other locations, they put the vanilla flavour, so I was at home when I tried my drink, I called them and the lady said that they don't make it the way I told them, short story I went back, an old lady told the lady who answered the phone, "that's the one" , so I said, yes I'm the one, at first I thought I was gonna be in argument, but not, I explained the lady, and she told me nicely that they don't put flavour in a chai tea latte, I applaud this lady, she handle the situation and she gave me my chtl with a flavour, I have seen crazy people fighting and screaming, I know we are in a stressful situation, but this lady made my night, because I drink my drink when I'm stressed and it calms me down. Thank you thank you RABNA, I think that's her name . I received a nice attitude, and a beautiful smile, even though we're wearing masks. I went out of the store happily
Don’t bother telling the staff how you want your food prepared because they’re just going to ignore your preferences. Asked for no ranch got extra ranch. The lady at the counter even confirmed “no ranch?” “Correct, no ranch”
