One day I was in the drive thru to order food,they asked me to get out of car and take my order at the counter. If so why I had to line up on the drive thru?
They seem to avoid the front and focused more at the drive thru. I had two employees look at me while I wait for someone to take my order and they didnt even tell someone to go to the front.
Persian girl that works in the drive thru is incredibly rude and unwelcoming. Fix your attitude.
The worst experience with Tim Horton.I ordered by mobile and drive thru.I activated my offer but they didn't apply it on my order. When I asked them to check again and apply, they answered carelessly and rudely that it can't be applied.I ordered Chocolate eclair by mobile order, but at the counter they changed it.It was repeated for two other orders of mine. At the end the guy asked me to get out of car and take my order at the counter.I am totally dissatisfied and disappointed with this location.
They have a very well trained staff and have all the products available at all times. Quick and efficient drive thru.

Every time I go for a drive through in this place I get something different than what I ordered this have happened more than three times!!!

Morning team is excellent. They remember your name and as you order they also remember what you order every day. I also like that they do no rush and makes sure the order is correct before you drive away, very friendly morning staff hope they stay.
So I just tried the new Caprese Artisan sandwich. I was so excited the moment I saw it on the menu. What a sad disappointment. It's a toasted bun, with lots of lettuce, thin sliced tomato, pesto and 1.5 mozzarella slices (not even 2!) hardly1mm thick!! Wow!! If you like cheese, don't waste your money. You won't taste any of it!! Just the sauce. I wonder if it's supposed to be like this, or just poorly done...
