Poor customer service. 6 people but all them were busy on their own things. Ignoring customer.
Don't mean to sound disrespectful but they should put someone that understands English or someone that is at least friendly when taking orders. I explained my order 5x and instead of being polite and listening to me. She misunderstood me, continue to do so and was being completely rude to me. If English is not her first language I understand I have no problems explaining it slowly, but she's going to give me attitude like if I did something wrong that's is ridiculous on her part especially when it comes to ordering a simple coffee. They mess my order up most of the time and they just don't want to listen and do what they want. I prefer the Leslie and Major Mackenzie location. Great service, friendly and never messes up my coffee.
I enjoy the friendly service from the drive thru staff here. Shameful that people can't just throw their cups out when they get home...the agony.
Today I was in this plaza and a man in the Esso car wash his car broke down. He asked me to help him jumpstart his car because there was a lineup of cars forming behind him and his wife and children were inside the car. The temperature was -14°C. Someone from this Tim Hortons came into the parking lot and started complaining that we were blocking the drive-through entrance because I was parked there in order to help him start his car which was dead. With no regard for the emergency situation no regard for the man and his family this Tim Hortons employee insisted that we move the car and get out and push his car out of the way. This is pathetic that a Tim Hortons can’t wait 15 minutes to help out a family in a broken down car. Completely unacceptable. Maybe you should hire employees who have some respect and don’t just care about coffee and donuts, But can actually help out a family in need.
Are you crazy for Timbiebs? Let’s be real!! I am not too keen on this. Just that I feel the hype so I bought a box of 10 assorted Timbiebs to try. I am not a big fan of Timbits, but they were just $3.19. Why not? Flavour-wise, they were almost the same as Timbits. The Timbiebs have three flavours - Chocolate white fudge, Sour cream Chocolate chip, and Birthday cake waffle. Birthday cake waffle much tasted like the glazed Timbit with some sprinkles. Chocolate white fudge tasted the exact the same as a chocolate timbits. The Sour cream chocolate chip tasted like sour cream glazed timbit with slight white chocolate crumble. Birthday cake waffle was ended up liking the most. I get the feeling that the public like this one the most
Yvonne that’s her name. The lady that was at the drive thru was very and beyond disrespectful. Was yelling for no reason and giving me attitudes. I always experience bad customer service there. It’s beyond beyond ridiculous of how rude and disrespectful the employees are there. Especially Yvonne is beyond rude and has no manners
If your planning on grabbing some soup, never rely on this location! Always out of soup even before the day starts. Ridiculous!!

We went to this location today just as we were pumping some gas, I haven't had my french vanilla in a while so I decided to go inside the gas station and bought a medium french vanilla and a small hot chocolate. Surprisingly my french vanilla doesn't taste right, used to be creamy and full of flavor but it tastes like it was watered-down...my friend who crave for hot chocolate, said her drink doesn't taste okay too... she just had 1 sip and when we reached home we opened the cup to check if the flavor sits into thr bottom of the cup... but only to find out that the hot chocolate is too runny. Too much water no taste, too bland :( This happened today at around 5:12pm
Best steep tea and donuts.
