The food is delicious and the service is amazing. My favorite is of course the creamy Murgh Makhni (butter chicken) and Murgh Mirch Tikka. Highly recommend it if you like authentic Indian food. Try it you will love it!!!

It was the first visit to this establishment! The restaurant is well-lit and well-decorated and absolutely has the capacity to engage its customers all the time in its elegance, ambience, and music while their having their food. The only reason for my awarding 4 out of 5 stars is the question mark raised on the cleanliness of one of the glasses the server brought to the table at around 1:15 PM on Thursday, April 5, which was soon replaced with a clean one. Otherwise, the experience was great! Thank you, The Host!

I ordered from here through UberEats. I was very disappointed with the experience. Overall the food was not good. The food was cold and not even room temperature. The chicken 65 and gobi manchurian were were not cooked well. I ordered lamb roganjosh, chicken labadbar and kathal masaledar was not flavourful. The lamb and chicken curry was very oily. The bindaas chicken biryani didn't even taste like biryani. The naan was also undercooked.

The food was good, we ordered Paneer sabji, kofta and naan as a main course. Naan was soft like air, and kofta sabji was ok ok. The appatitizer was awesome. But one of the manager needs to change his attitude. I felt offended by him.

Ordered the channa masala through DoorDash and while eating, bit into something extremely hard which turned out to be a rock. I brought this health concern up to the management and they promised to send me gift receipt as a gesture of apology which I never received. Disappointed in the lack of concern for sanitary measures and hospitality.

This is my go to restaurant for dine in of Indian cuisine. The staff is welcoming and hospitable. Food is delicious . A must try for anyone looking for trying unique Indian cuisine.

Went for the lunch buffet at The Host today, good price for the selection of food. Overall the food was good, some of the dishes were not seasoned enough in my opinion. Would recommend for others.

Excellent food and excellent customer service! It was by fluke that me and my boyfriend decided to have an Indian cuisine for dinner last night and “The Host”Richmond Hill didn’t fail us. From the starter of tandoori momos to our Jeera rice, roti, garlic naan, palak paneer, dilli wala butter, and down to the star of our evening , rajasthani goat masala! Everything was great!Shoutout to the great people who serves us that evening! and to the chef who made it allpossible for us to have an excellent Indian cuisine experience.????

We just had one of THE best Indian suppers ever. The staff was fantastic and the food was superb. Two of us shared the vegetarian appetizer platter followed by the chicken platter. We also watched a plate of garlic naan go by and HAD to try.Thank you for a wonderful meal.We also walked out with a doggy bag that weighs in over 3 pounds. Lunch tomorrow!?Thank you.
