Worst customer service ever is in this Tasty Shawarma place. No respect from staff and they make you wait for all other orders before they hand you a wrap!! One shawarma wrap that takes no more than 2 minutes to be ready... absolute ridiculous. Add on top they ask you for the receipt that I just threw in the garbage and he doesn't want to hand me my sandwich... no sign that says keep your receipt or anything. Add to that shawarma is made behind the wall, God knows what happens there!!!!If it wasn't that there isn't other choice I would never come back here.... absolute worst staff and I would recommend to get McDonald's instead of coming here.....
Quality of food is very good but they never pick up the phone. So if you’re trying to place an order over the phone prior to your pick up, you’ll have some problems. One thing to improve would be the customer service. Food tastes great!
Very tasty chicken shawarma for a very good price, while it ain't the best in the world, its definitely convenient and a very good spot to have a decent meal. The meat is godly and the juices are just...yummy, almost as if to remind you of how good food is supposed to taste, simple and delicious, it is a testament to how consistent the food quality is and how well the service is. Been a customer there for a few months, makes me angry I didn't discover it sooner.
This is a family restaurant, great value for takeout.I ordered the 2x chicken swarma special for $10.50. The ingredients were fresh, and i was full after the first one. And I usually eat an XL pho for reference.A great budget lunch option!
I really love Tasty Shawarma but this location is the nearest to me. It is very strange that it take 10 to 15 minutes to prepare a chicken shawarma plate. Everytime I eat here I would also get food poisoning. Unlike the sheppard location, you can not see how they prep your food, so who knows what they are doing in the back. Takes 10 to 15 minutes to prepare a plate, compare to the Sheppard location less than 2 minutes.
