Me and the boys went and we ordered Gordita crunches and there was literally no ground beef in just a nice vegetable pouch. While we were waiting for our order someone on the phone was on hold for 40 minutes because some of the staff aren’t allowed to touch or even look at the phone if they do they might get sonned by someone who isn’t beta. Besides that the popcorn chicken on the kfc side was pretty fire
Drive through was closed randomly. I had to go inside. The kitchen was filthy. Hopefully the owner sees this and does something but looking at the reviews from year ago till now doesn’t seem like it will change
I actually love Taco Bell, but this is the worst location ever. The people there clearly have had no training and have no idea how to make their menu items. Do not visit...you'll regret it.
Tried going though the drive thru first. There was no line and no cars parked outside. The lady taking our order was clearly distracted. Every time we spoke there would be no response from her and when she did respond she would ask us to repeat our order. After nearly 5 minutes of trying to place our order we got frustrated and decided to park and go inside.To our surprise they weren’t busy. No online orders they were all hanging out sitting around. The lady wearing the headset was NOT busy just hanging out. We ordered our food and i went to go fill up my drink. Everything was out of order. So I tried pressing Pepsi which was not marked as out of order. The machine sprayed me because the Pepsi was out. I went and told the cashier if I could just get a bottle of Pepsi because the machine is clearly not working properly. She responded with saying it was 2 dollars extra. So I asked if she could just fill it with the soda machine behind the counter. She groaned and proceeded to fill my drink.We finally get our orders and the order was wrong. We told her it was wrong and she said no. we showed her the receipt and she grabbed the food that was prepared and bagged out of the bag and put it where the food prep station was. Working in the food service industry that’s not proper food handling etiquette.On top of all of this the Pepsi was still not carbonated and the boxed order was not boxed. They have been out of hot sauce packets for a month.At the end of all of that the food was cold. The soft tacos were stale and the fries were cold. AND the spicy box tacos I ordered were just REGULAR tacos. I’ve never in my life experienced this before EVER.Added photos of the machine and the employees sitting and chatting.
Very bad experience. First the order was super slow and the lady at the drive thru asked us to wait for quite a few mins before taking in our order. We are pure vegetarians and before every order anywhere in the world, we specifically mention this so they don't get confused. Picked the order and returned home only to find beef fries along with our lot. Totally inappropriate and downright insulting. We normally don't like to write about such things because mistakes do happen and we understand. So as good folks of the neighborhood, called them up to let them know of their mistake. But instead of apologising they try to act like they first didn't understand the order and later half heartedly admitted the mistake. This is not the level of professionalism or respect we expected as customers.
Never order online - they will keep your order and your money. Called head office multiple times and finally gave up - corporate is even more of a joke. Good luck reaching the GM. I used to eat here once a week - order was rarely accurate + cinnabon delights short - rarely 4/4, always 3/4. Staff, while I'm sure they do the best they can considering how busy this location can be, could afford to be friendlier. Considering the dump of a place this is, something tells me this is more of a management issue - location is in desperate need of an overhaul and a good cleaning. Apparently Taco Bell recently experienced a shortage in hot sauce - well - I think I have the majority of it - I never request it and always get at least 11 packets with my order - everyone at this location just seems careless.
Ordered online with a scheduled pick up. They made my meal right after I ordered it, ignoring the fact that I have it scheduled in half an hour. It took them 5 minutes to finish making the meal and even sent me a ready for pick up message. This is very ironic. :( When I got to the restaurant, I found out that they are closed for pick ups. They only have the drive through open. I have to join the line of cars to pick up my meal. Unfortunately, their line moved forward very slowly. Took me another 15 minutes to get to the pick up window. When I get home (3 min driving from the TACO BELL), everything I ordered are very cold and soft. They tasted awful. I had a very poor experience with them.
NEVER ORDER HERE!!!!!!I ordered online. When it took my order, website said estimated time is 15 min. But after payment is all completed, i received message it would be ready in an hour. I called them to cancel, but they never received my call. I went to the restaurant and complained. And, it took an hour to pick it up. I waited at the restaurant and I asked them to prepare early, which did not happen. They actually forgot about me, asking what i am waiting after 45 min wait time. Then they started to prepare after 45 min wait doing nothing. This is not acceptable.
one of the slowest drive-thru's I've ever been too. everytime I come too. if you like waiting and hour in adrive-thru then this is the place for you
Super slow service!! I don’t mind too much if the food is great but… it’s actually horrendous. I feel like I got ripped off. And I never had a bad enough experience with fast food to ever write a review.My Crunchwrap supreme had basically no filling beside a sprinkle of lettuce and some tomato. No meat, no cheese what soever. Same with my beef burritos, only rice and sauce. WHERE IS THE BEEF?? I got basically something you can make in 10 secs. What am I paying for if there’s no ingredients in my order???My fries supreme had more beef than both of it combined. And it’s only a dime size amount.I don’t know how they can get away with this.Absolutely ridiculous!!
