We came on Wednesday around 1 pm. It was not too busy and surprisingly in most restaurants the less customers the worse the service gets so we were really delighted when we had food and service which was 10 out of 10. Our server was Zoran and he gave us maximum level attention and care. Our food, I ordered wings and fries and my friend ordered chicken sandwich and fries, was hot and delicious. Our desserts were delightful. Thank you very much, Zoran for your excellent service and thanks to the chefs for the great Swiss Chalet food. It was a perfect dining experience and we are both so grateful.

Do pick up there at least twice a month on the weekend, family loves the food. Phone App makes ordering so easy now.

Ordered a full rack of back ribs and chicken on a Kaiser. Received side ribs and my chicken sandwich had very little chicken.Ive been ordering this sandwich for two decades. Called the location and they told me that they would credit me.Similar thing happened last year as well (I rarely splurge on restaurants) and, never got a credit. Disappointing:(

in a world where people are becoming soft and the boomers and the yuppie generations could trip, fall to the ground and blame it on anyone or anything, i am posting 5 stars because some of the complaints ahead of this review are lies, or are from disgruntled customers who, at their weakest moments, forget to imagine what it's like to work in the food business.. (i think everyone should go through it before getting to college -am dead serious!)some of my favorites are the crispy chicken, the fish and chips, the rib sandwhich, the kids cheeseburger and favorite sides are chalet fries, the mashed potato (that comes with potato skin) and the baked potato..the butternut squash is also awesome.

Thursday lunch was terrible. Will never return to this location. Ordered the 2 piece crispy chicken. Received both dark meat Half the size of any normal size chicken. Also one of the pieces of chicken had 9 tiny pieces of bone chards. A restaurant that specializes in chicken and they don’t know how to cut a chicken without killing their customers!!!! So very angry over this!!!! Waitress was not even sympathetic at all or apologetic.I would give a no star if possible.

Went to do a take out order and asked for no spicy sauce in the wrap and the bacon on the side. Never had spicy sauce before the last time I ordered. I've been coming to this location for years and we were told that there are no modified orders allowed. Girl had to bring a staff member from the back and he said the same thing. We just walked out, your loss, we drove to the Aurora restaurant and put in our order without letting them know about our experience they accommodated us fully. Thank you Aurora restaurant.

Came in for takeout and the owner, I believe it was, was so pleasant and welcoming! Any time I come for takeout or dine in its always such a pleasure, and the food always great! Definitely recommend ?

Went there for dinner with my family and it was such an amazing experience from the front door to the servers and foodWOW is all I can say!!!We will definitely be back again soon!!!

This review is less about the food than it is about the business practices at Swiss Chalet. As you will see from the photo posted with this review, those ordering a Combo are entitled to either a bottle of pop or a bottle of water. However, neither was offered with the meal. Despite the signage, I was repeatedly told I was not entitled to a drink. To add insult to injury, the depiction of the Combo on the sign includes a beverage. If a beverage is not offered, ask why not or contact Swiss Chalet's Customer Experience department, though they don't seem to take any action that I am aware of. This is false advertising.

Ordered three dinners at take out last night. I'm an older gentleman so my hearing isn't as good as it used to be. The servers voice is muffled by her face mask and the background music is as loud as the server making it difficult to understand her. For myself, wanted a double dark leg quarter meal (is that a two leg on the menu board or are the thighs removed?) Anyway I got a single leg quarter which was so dried out I had trouble cutting it. You used to get salt and pepper, plastic knife and fork, napkin and butter with a meal. Now none of the above. Not an experience I would want to repeat.
