This place is a false advertisement…Do not go if you are expecting a Sulbing bingsoo. We got a Real Greentea Bingsoo, Injeolme Waffle, and a mugwort latte. Our desserts were literally served in the plastic takeout lid.The bingsoo was just ice with matcha powder, some mochis, bueno chocolate, and ice cream. No condensed milk found, it was so bitter to eat.The waffle.. again was just plain waffle with injolme powder dumped on it.The latte was not mixed and nor could it be mixed, that it was just milk and clumped powder. We couldn’t finish any of the desserts. The staff, however, was friendly. But would I go back? Nope.

Awesome injeolmi bingsoo, and I’ve tried elsewhere. They are very generous with the rice cake and bean powder which deepens the flavour of the shaved ice as it melts - otherwise, you often are left with just the taste of condensed milk which is not how it should be! This does not leave you with the taste of condensed milk but rather, a lightly icy taste that is more a milk and injeolmi mix. The shaved almond pieces added the perfect crunch to the otherwise soft textures.I was pleasantly surprised and the staff was also very kind. Highly recommend.

Located inside of H-Mart on Yonge this little korean dessert shop serves up bingsu (korean saved ice), honey bread, speciality drinks and more. Decided to order the [red bean injeolmi binsu] and the [flake honey bread]. They give you a buzzer as the honey bread takes awhile, so while you wait you can shop around H-Mart or grab food from the other vendors. I lost track of time and can't remember how long the wait was, but I think it was roughly around 10-20 minutes. The [honey bread] was disappointing, as it was burnt and very dry and hard. The bingsu was good and fairly large, I shared it with two other people. I would still give this place another try in the future, as the flavour profile wasn't bad, so hoping it was a one time error, and that my next visit my honey toast will be done correctly.

Don't bother, no reason to pay for bad services. There are much better choices just down at Yonge and Steeles area.

The people who work there just couldn't care less.

The worst kind of service can sum up by the staff's Californian accented statement: "I'm sorry, OK?" Well young lady, it's not okay.It is not okay to take 30 minutes to make a bowl of shaved ice. It's not okay to not following the order sequence and choose to make the later order first. It's not okay to constantly chitchating with a person inside the kitchen who was obviously not helping but only to distract. BTW, I am not sure the food safety protocol would allow a random person sitting in the kitchen just to chitchat.Comparing the work ethics of the fired chicken shop right next to it, people who work at Sul & Bean should feel ashamed of their work ethics.

Usually order drinks here but today the drink I usually get was horrible for a wooping $7+ I ordered the black sesame latte with hardly any black sesame in it compared to the advertised photo. My drink just tasted like a regular iced coffee but for $7!!! Don’t waste your money on their drinks here!

It's located inside Hmart. They serve typicalKorean fast foods

I’ve had their shaved ice multiple times in the past and they are good. You could get any toppings that you like and it won’t fail you. Mind you they shave milk ice so if you are lactose intolerant like me, make sure you have your pills.Anyways, reason why I’m leaving review for this place is for their burger!!! Yes they specialize in dessert but I loved their bulgogi burger ! Taste just like Lotteria bulgogi burger in Korea but with bigger patty. Also, they don’t have traditional french fries but they serve brown sugar crust bits and I personally liked it very much. Now I wanna try other food menus from their kitchen.Service might feel very slow but they actually have people ordering and shopping so you just don’t see the line up of ppl waiting to pick up. I recommend ordering first, they’ll give you a ringer, and just shop until it rings.

The Injeolmi cheese toast is so good! It’s my first time trying it and it’s sweet, salty and chewy with the rice cake. I also got their egg ham and cheese sandwich and the eggs were nice and fluffy but I wish it came in the cute packaging it looked like in their display. The dalgona coffee was kind of overpriced at $6 + for just coffee and the service is pretty slow too. But will try their other toasts and bingsu next time!
