Bad service the lady gave me 2 pieces of cheese for my whole sandwich when I asked for more she said $5 more. Ridiculous my whole sandwich was $5 how would more cheese be $5?!
Wish there was an option for zero stars. It is unbelievable how this place is still in business with such shady business practices.I ordered two foot longs then asked for a beverage since the coupon required it (foot long and another for $0.99 if a beverage is ordered). He then asks, "Which coupon?" then proceeds to take my coupon.After I use the app to earn points and pay, he attempts to proceed with the next customer without giving me the receipt.I ask for the receipt and to my shock he did NOT redeem the coupon.He tells me, "You never gave me a coupon." Then I point to the coupon right in front of him and then gives it back to me.He says he can't re-do the transaction and says he could offer me "$5" in cash (the savings from the coupon was $11.50ish).Another thing I noticed he actually charged me for a medium drink when I had asked for a small.Then he runs off to take care of the next customer and tells me, "Yeah, go ahead, call head office, it's in America." He even threatened to call security as if I did something wrong.Seriously, folks, AVOID this place period; he does not deserve to be in business PERIOD.Another 1-star review mentioned "...an old man with glasses" took one green pepper and broke into 4 pieces when the customer had asked for additional green peppers (had to ask 2-3 times). Clearly this "old man with glasses" is the FRADULENT, penny-pinching owner.Complained to head office and reprimand this unethical franchisee and does not get the money from this transaction.Absolutely atrocious and appalling.
Absolutely horrendous food.Tuna was mixed in water soggy and gross. The bread was not baked properly. The veggies were old.
BEWARE!!!If I could rate this place 0 stars I would, even negative. My family came here and got subway yesterday. First off, the employee charged for more subs instead of what we received. Second, they DO NOT wear masks which is a safety precaution that they aren’t following. Fast forward to later on, we’ve all gotten such horrible food poisoning and will be going to a hospital if it gets even worse.Tried to call the location to speak to a manager and he was absolutely rude and unprofessional, he was yelling on the phone and hanging up on us. Will be contacting head office.In addition, read the recent reviews! all horrible and someone else just a few days ago got food poisoning.
I was there with my daughter this past Friday for lunch. She had a veggie flatbread which was ok, I had a chicken flatbread. Later that night I had a fever and horrible abdominal pain. It was so bad I went to Southlake hospital because I thought it was my appendix or maybe worse.Long story short it was food poisoning. I'm curious if anyone else had the chicken that day and got sick as well.Everyone beware. I should have checked and read all the negative reviews I see now for this location before eating there

Many of the extra menu items are straight up not stocked ever. The also don't do sub of the day.Really a sub-par subway experience.
Horrid service and low quality service. Bad service and terrible service. Here's why; first, they had no sub of the day (which isn't too big of an issue. Secondly, I asked for more spinach on my sub and they only put a few leaves on. When I asked for more they said that's all they had left (which wasn't the case because I passed by 5 minutes later and they had more. What a surprise. If they were the only place open, is choose to go hungry. Not worth going here, drive to the next closest one or eat at a different place in the mall.
I eat here every day for lunch the men that work here are amazing get to know you so well. The women that works here that makes sandwiches she literally too a face time call while ordering. Kept the call going and messed my order up had to restart. So ridiculous service was horrible.
Hi I recently went to this location Hillcrest Mall, the owner was giving me a hard time with ordering my lunch then at the end of the ordering he tells me I cannot use my subway myway rewards for 2 dollar discount because he does not participate with subway myway rewards, now I only get a 1/2 hour lunch, he could have said something before hand and I would have gone to another location... So if you decide to use your discount myway rewards DO NOT GO TO THE SUBWAY AT HILLCREAST MALL if your looking for a discount because he'll let you believe you can use the reward then say no!!!He should think of participating ...
