Very disgusting service she didn’t know how to make sandwhich, she barely put any topping I said more she was greedy and barely put any and I was so nice also but she made it so small

Absolutely disgusting behavior by staff today. One lady behind the counter spoke to a delivery app driver like he was a dog. First she had him waiting there for a long time then she got angry when he complained and she started yelling at him. Telling him he is disturbing her customers but I could barely hear him, he was being very polite. She was VERY disrespectful speaking to him like he was a nobody. The other lady behind the counter even helped her yelling at him. The driver was the only black person in the store a predominantly European Asian area being yelled at and degraded. I had hoped we as a society had gotten past this type of treatment of others but I learned that I was wrong today. The driver was calm and respectful threw all of this, I wish I could leave him a review. One other customer tried to console the driver who could no longer take the abuse and left. They will never get my business and I will let as many people know not to go there as I can.
Worst Subway location ever. Worst quality of sandwiches. They make is so fast we don't get any time to instruct them. My colleague ordered a veggie patty sub and there was no patty in it. Disgusting.
The staff there are not friendly.First they say they can't hear you, then they put wrong items on your sandwich and when you correct them, they give u attitude.
I ordered a footlong crispy chicken on Feb. 21, 2022, through the mobile app however, when I came to the store to pick up my order I saw that the store was closed at 8:15 pm and the day after I saw that I charged for $12.99 for the order that did not deliver to me.
Ordered spicy crispy chicken Sandwich. Worst sandwich nothing is fresh. Chicken is uncooked and I ordered Italian herbs and cheese but the lady said its not available and I agreed to take regular bread but that’s also not good it’s like old bread and some of the vegetables are not good.
Bought 2 subs with a coupon a few days ago. Was blown away by the incredible value. The lady working was really nice and made the subs with a slice of love. Thank you
