Very good customer service. Toppings were fresh which is very important. Good value here.
I love the subs at Subway. The price is reasonable and always made fresh. Being able to customize the topping is a plus. Staffs are always friendly and the store is clean. Sub of the day and "Sub under $5" is the value deal!

We just bought sandwiches from the Richmond Hill 8750 Bayview store.. The staff working in the evening shift was not at all friendly.. The pop machine was not working we told her twice that it's all water coming out.. She goes inside the kitchen to check the machine and comes back to say the front one(which we said is not functioning)is working fine .... She saw that it's just water coming and told us to pay 40 cents more for the bottle if we need the drink...Wow... You pay for the food and you get an attitude as you asked for free food. This shows poor and unfriendly service.

I ordered on my phone for pickup at 11:20am on Friday March 26 2021. I arrived 5 minutes early and she was serving another customer before interrupting and asked me if I had a pickup and I said yes and gave her my name and she got my order ready in a bag and I picked it up and left. Fast friendly service. Would recommend! ☺
