Sometimes the food is okay but sometimes the food is sloppy its like they didn't put any effort into making it good. Service is okay.

One employee (youngish girl with black hair and glasses, heavy build) is so miserable! Mumbles and when I asked her to speak a little louder, she got offended. When I started to order she screamed "What?! I can't here you." I think she also works at BarBuritto in the same plaza. Get some manners. If you do not like working there, please leave.

Horrible service and very RUDE uneducated on their own items and how the coupons work! I had a coupon for Buy any 6inch or Regular wrap with any drink and get one 6 inch or regular wrap of equal or lesser value for free. I went to this location and one lady had no idea what ingredients came on the Caesar wrap. The other OLD lady proceeded to argue with me that my other wrap was not free. I upgraded it to a "Signature Wrap" which has a extra $2 charge that I'm aware of and had no problems with. Which made my other signature wrap free. She proceeded to argue that it was not. So I asked her to charge me for only 1 wrap and drink. She got upset and said I dont listen! Because of her Rude remark I left the wraps. Don't waste your time there are far better locations that honour the coupon as intended. Terrible people they should be shut down! I miss the other people they had working there!
Keep cancelling the order when I am trying to place it via. UberEats. Not even picking up the call. What kind of service is this? If you are busy you can’t just ignore or avoid the guests and don’t even respond? Disappointed.
Literally the worst subway around, I've been coming here for over five years at this point and they've consistently been the worse at making sandwiches. They literally denied me toppings on items I've ordered because "they come with lettuce and tomatoes" even if you don't want those veggies. Not to mention the poor customer interaction (no, this isn't specific to only one individual). Ridiculous. If you want proper subway go to the one nearby in the winners plaza. Superior customer service and neat and proper sandwiches.

I sent in my daughter to get a su and it was missing bacon which I was charged and there was hair in the food. It's a pandemic so the food has been contaminated. If my daughter and I get sick I will.blame your store. Now my daughter and I will have to get tested because we were exposed to contaminated food. The lady suggested that I bring back the sandwich at 8 o'clock at night in the freezing cold to replace the sandwich. Ah no. I might bring it tomorrow. If I don't get a resolution I will have to report this to the health department. The manager eventually replaced the sandwich and was apologetic until he found my review. He acknowledged my complaint at first but now he said I was lying. I think he changed his tune suddenly.
