Lady at the counter refused to accept Subway Canada official coupons, "we don't participate" were the exact words.. I was about to place a fairly large order but I was refused basically. 2 star for the cleanliness of the store only. Will not be back.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Those are the only words I can use to describe both the food and customer service at this Subway Canada location. After getting home and taking a few bites of my oven roasted chicken breast sub, I quickly realized something was off. I unwrapped the sub and found the chicken had mould on it. I wrote to the store to let them know and they did nothing to address my concerns. The owner was actually quite rude. Order elsewhere.
