I had a bad experience I arrived 10 minutes before they closed for the Drive tru they did not listen well to the instructions they put a lot of ice in my Dragon Fruit drink I had a Fra Puccino Orio it melted in five minutes they did not put coffee in it it was pure milk with ground chocolate And pieces of plastic came out in my Dragon Fruit I think they shouldn't do the cleaning until they close the place And they don't prepare the drinks well because the employees already want to go home
It's disappointing when this place constantly makes mistakes on my order. They're not looking close enough at the label. The order taken was right, the barista is careless.
Everyone was super friendly, nice - to me and seemingly to each other - and Taylor was above-and-beyond friendly. The coffees I got were typical, totally fine, but the service experience had me leaving feeling better than when I walked in. Thanks team!
This location is not ment for my Ford F-250 to go in the drive thru. Very tight squeeze but happy to say made it only running over one curb, lol. I did have the latte but they do not understand how to steam the milk and cream properly!!! The other drinks were good.
Great friendly service. Highly recommend the sugar free syrup if you don't want all the extra calories!
I have got food poisoning from the Caramel Macchiato I purchased yesterday at 3:42pm. It’s probably from the lactose free milk that I paid extra was not fresh. Luckily my daughter’s steam milk is not lactose free. Or else both of us will be throwing up together around 6pm. Seriously..very disappointing…My stomach was in pain while driving back home :(Overall Location is convenient, staff is friendly but not the manager as the last time I ask her a favour as I ordered the coffee at a different location by mistake. She did not budge to offer help at all. Drive thru was slow around 3-4pm. We had to leave the drive thru line and walked in. Ended up having the worst night ever ?
Finding hair in your food is never acceptable… especially when we’re in the middle of a pandemic. I purchased a feta and spinach wrap from this Starbucks location, and was surprised to find not only ONE strand of hair, but a collection of hairs in a clump. I tried to pull out the strands, but it was entangled so well into the wrap, I could literally swing the wrap from the hairs, it was disgusting. Obviously, this was quite a traumatic experience, and I had to return to the store to show a manager. To my surprise, all the manager had to say was that they do not make the wraps in store, the product comes Pre packaged. From my understand, I trusted Starbucks in selling me a wrap, that does not contain contaminates… it is Starbucks’ responsibility to monitor the quality of their ordered products. In the end, all I got was a short apology, and two $4.00 gift cards… why $4.00, I have no idea. I found insulting that they only offered a $8 gift cards…… I will definitely contemplate on ordering Pre-packaged foods from Starbucks from now on… buyers take this as a warning. I hope I won’t contract anything from the contaminates in my wrap… God be with me.
They need to increase indoor heating because it felt almost as cold as it was outside, I have dined in several times and I was cold even while sitting in my outdoor coat. The service was decent.
Friendly service. Fast and efficient.
Second bad experience in a row. This time my husband went because of the free coffee promotion. He ordered a regular coffee for himself and a Chai tea latte for me, I am pregnant and cannot handle caffeine. He waited 15 minutes for his regular coffee and was given a cafe latte instead of my Chai tea latte which I will throw out. And the coffee wasn't even free because he didn't bring his own mug, which got the longest time they didn't take because of covid?!?
