Service is slow, some of the patio chairs are broken, the interior is worn off and seems like the management does not care much anymore. The patio was dark and full of mosquitoes and the waitress simply said the lights are broken and not working. Well they could have brought some candles or table lights and not let the customers eat in dark! Not worth the money you pay unfortunately and despite liking the food we will not go back anymore.
Highly recommended. Great food with big portions. Amazing service, friendly staff. I got the chicken skewer dinner and the chicken was so juicy (not over cooked). The house salad dressing is a must try and the hummus is probably the best I’ve ever had. Would definitely go back.
This was my first time at Sofram Restaurant and I will say that I can't wait to go there again! The food was authentic Middle Eastern and it was beyond delicious! The service was great and the staff was very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend Sofram

Took 25 mins just to order (and that was after flagging the waitress down!) and then another 60 mins for the food to arrive. Then it took 15 mins to get our bill. 2 stars because the food was decent, but you seriously need more than one waitress at dinner time on the weekend.
Beware of automatic 20% tips added to bill.We were two families, total 5 people. The server made awkward “jokes” a couple of times when we asked for anything that she’ll charge us more.We have no problem paying for good service but we were the only table there on a Friday night, and we had to walk around the front and back to look for our server, there wasn’t a single person around! We had to find our own napkins.The food is what you expect from Sofram but when we got the bill, 20% tips was added! This kind of money grab with questionable service isn’t what we expected.

Food is great. Won’t be ordering from Richmond Hill location ever again. They asked for the debit card number and pin. We canceled our order. Done
Ordered take out and enjoyed the food very much! The portions were very generous, nothing overly salty and the the meat was very juicy, nothing was overcooked. Our dishes included the beef skewers with a side of garlic potatoes (which were very well roasted and very garlicky) and the chicken schwarma dinner with sweet potato fries. Their house salad was also very good with a refreshing salad dressing (it seems a bit thick but it goes well on the salad). Highly recommend.
Authentic Mediterranean fare, consistent quality. A little pricy and portion is bit small. The lamb skewers were delicious and juicy. My daughter really loved their potatoes. A nice place for a quick meal.
