Here is my experience:Quality: The portions are very large! We had lots of left overs. The kebabs were fresh, hot and full of flavour. My favourite lamb chops were super tender! The rice portion is very good as well. Love the warm naan they provide.Service: The service was okay. Our server was not very attentive and kept forgetting our food. However, the employees were polite and did not come across rude at all. May need additional training.Cleanliness: Well kept location. The restrooms were clean, loved the ambiance of the location.Other: Great place for family and friends! The prices are slightly steep.I surely recommend this restaurant for great Persian food!
It was a good quality Persian restaurant. Servers were so helpful to have a group of ten people with kids.Kudos to the designer of this restaurant. The could combine traditional Iranian decorations with modern furnitures. Also the indoor area opens to the patio section by a huge door which makes it open concept with lots of natural light and fresh air.I just recommend the servers to be more warm. This is a general issue with Iranian restaurants though
Went to this place for dinner. Even though it was almost closing time, the staff were very kind toward us. We ordered a variety of items and all were very fresh, hot, and well-presented. The ingredients were all high quality, resulting in juicy and well-cooked grilled meats as well as a super tender lamb shank. "Zeytoon parvarde" was not great and could be better but the "mast o khiar" was very tasty.The staff were responsive and quick but could be a bit more friendly compared to the general canadian standard.Overall, it's a must-try, great local spot. Kashke bademjan was awful. Koobideh was nothing special. Kebab Torsh was good. After all I will give them 3 stars
The absolute worst experience. The oldman who seem to be the manager behind the counter forced me to pay 18 to 20% tip. I refused, but he said You must pay it and he cancelled my payment 3 times???, in front of my parents and kids a few weeks ago. It is stealing. Other restaurants bring the food for free that is the job of a restaurant.Of note, we noticed that the food didn't seem to be fresh. Anyway, since their food is so expensive in the middle of pandemic they should pay attention to quality.
I would rate it five star for the service, I think the guy u met a few times was the owner. Other girls weren't paying that much attention. But the food is really good. Service is also really good. My first time here. If the lockdown finishes soon, do go there for a relaxed environment, and good food.
Good quality persian cuisine. They have kept the same quality and service for many years.We are doing take out during the Covid pandemic and very happy with the consistency of food and service.Price is not cheap but it is fairly pricey for take out. It worth the cost.
The lamb shank with Baghali Polo was really tender and a real star was the Zadran rice we got with the chicken leg kebab. ✨
I usually do not leave any reviews but tonight's experience was specially awful that pushed me to atleast have a say. Our company's board of directors is a regular guest at this restaurant but not anymore. First off, the blond girl at the door was extremely rude and before even saying hello asked for ID and vaccine passport. We are fully vaccinated but the attitude from her... oh my God!!! With regard to the food: the quality has gone way way down and the price has gone way up. The kebabs were not cooked well. We did not like the food. The MOST important factor for us is to be greeted and treated well. This never happened before but happened tonight. And this restaurant will be sanctioned by us from now on. We will not go there anymore.
We went there on a Sunday evening and ordered a Kebob Feast from the menu.Kebobs were Okay and the chicken breast was the best among others.The service was perfect.The only small negative point for me, was the ambient music in there which was a kind of upbeat loud Persian disco type music that is supposed to be played in some sports bars not in a restaurant like that!It actually made there extremely noisy!However, everything else was absolutely Okay.
