Not a first visit, but really disappointed. Came in as a party of 4, ordered 4 steaks, some appetizers and drinks. Order fulfillment took about 40 min. Not going to argue about recipes or intended flavours but for that price range and time line, steaks could at least be not lukewarm. Waiter seeded apologetic, but didn't offer any remedy. If not for guests I'd return the dishes, really low service level for a nice looking establishment.

Balsamic truffle mozzarella ball is amazing. Truffle mushroom pasta was great as well.
Arrived 3:45 on a Sunday. Not busy but it took the host 5 min to just show up then passed over to someone else only to have to wait another 5 to have table prepped (did I mention not busy). Seated with water until 4:25 before anyone showed up to get our order. Another long wait just for appetizers. By the time dinner arrived it was over an hour. We didn’t order drinks, just pasta and salad. All the while we could see at least 5 wait staff circling and chatting and polishing glasses. It was the worst service we’ve had in a long time. Not returning.
The restaurant had a very nice ambience inside. The Americano pizza and pesto penne were both very good. Our server was very friendly and helpful.
Service was slow, the kitchen got the order wrong, by the time I got the replacement order, I wasnât hungry anymore. Restaurant should invest in a new coffee machine, their lattes and cappuccinos are only lukewarm.
Food was great it just took a bit longer then normal. Waitress and trainee were very polite and attentive.

Pretty good Italian food. Everything we ordered tasted pretty good but personally the pastas were way too oily. My favourite item to order is the smoked bacon & egg pizza. They also have really good appetizers too. The desserts were very sweet but the taste was pretty good. Service was ok and restaurant has nice vibes. I highly recommend dining in compared to takeout as the quality and portion size was much better for dine in.
Our server was excellent! My biggest issue was that this was a business lunch and we were seated in a booth near a large party and where the water bottles are kept. So the location to seat us was not ideal.
