I got the Bianca, and it was great. The artichokes and zucchini were perfectly cooked and the crust was just right.
Great and friendly service and the pizza was truly excellent. Generous toppings, thinner crust. This is not a heavy pizza where you feel bloated after one slice, but rather a much more balanced and enjoyable pizza. Will definitely order from here again when in the area.
Great pizza, but the worker's don't know to work together or time management. They may need more help when very busy, to help with the orders.
2022 March 3.5★Pizzaiolo's Pizza isn't bad at all. The crust is good and so are the toppings. Though there could've been a bit more cheese, it was still very good. Pricewise, this isn't too expensive either. Would recommend getting the XL size. Good value here.The Sonny - tomatoes, hot peppers, jalapeños were good.The Hawaiian was also good with real bacon pieces.Overall it was good for the price.Free parking is available though limited given that there are many units in the area, more available at a short distance.
We go the veggie lover pizza and 2 calzone with cheese and sauce. It was okay.
5 star for awesome customer service. your employees are simply amazing and very helpful to provide ingredients details as I've couple of allergies. Pizza was amazing by the way
Seems like a family run location. They are always very busy but they are quick to make and put out ready food. They also make a killer panzerotto/calzone. It's fulllll of cheesy saucy goodness and that dough...mmmmm yum. It's weird cause I've always been a pizza nova gal but they might be converting me.
Update in a few years: got really sick from there twice in the last few months. A really bad allergic reaction, stomach ache, and I found a piece of dishwashing sponge in my pizza there tonight. :( I guess they aren't safe anymore.They have celiac and ncgs friendly pizza and we have been ordering there quite regularly for the last half a year without getting sick. This location is super careful about cross-contamination, and I feel safe ordering there. Their pizza is high quality and delicious too.
Absolutely hands down the best pizza in Richmond Hill! The crust had a distinct flavour that was crazy good and was done to perfection! The sauce was delicious and the toppings were cheesy goodness and very generous. My only regret was not upgrading my medium to a large. I’m new to the area and have tried a few local options. Pizzaiola is definitely my go to for pizza night! Hats off to the owners/operators/chefs and employees for a very pleasant and tasty experience!
